Someone in our upcoming evil campaign wants to make a debuffer bad touch ecclesitheurge of Urgathoa, so I initially suggested a UMonk 1/Ecclesitheurge X spring attack build to be able to survive in battle, but i didn't know spring attack doesn't include touch spells.
A strix with the Fly-by feat is a good alternative but i'd be insterested in other suggestions.
How would you build a bad touch ecclesitheurge that can actually survive in battle?

You may not be able to deliver touch spells via a touch attack as part of a spring attack, but you can deliver unarmed strikes and any touch spell you are currently holding the charge on with that unarmed strike. Won't work with your domain abilities (if any) that rely on making a touch attack unless you fork out some gold to get the Conductive weapon property added to your melee attacks.

Lunge or LUNGING SPELL TOUCH will keep you slightly further from harm.
For my Ecclsitheurge I took the CHARM SUBDOMAIN (you'll have to scroll down) and i have yet to be hit. I'm only 2nd level, but I've spent more time on the front line than I probably should have.

Urgathoa's domains look remarkably unhelpful for defence.
Domains Death, Evil, Magic, Strength, War
Subdomains Blood, Cannibalism, Corruption, Daemon, Divine, Ferocity, Murder, Plague (Death), Plague (Evil), Self-Realization (Strength)*, Shadow (Death), Undead
* Requires the Acolyte of Apocrypha trait.
The closest to useful that way is the shadow subdomain, if you can somehow get a concealment miss chance, conjuring up some mist or something. That might synergise with spring attack/fly-by attack actually - dart in and out of a cloud of obscuring mist or some deeper darkness perhaps. The potential problem is other PCs who might be irritated by the cloud/darkness.

Hmmm... Provided you were interested in picking up a witch hex Murksight and dropping some gold for a Saltspray Ring, the combination of the two would make getting concealment/miss chance fairly easy.

... Yes, but it requires a two level dip in Sylvan Trickster Rogue. That is the path of LEAST resistance if you don't want to invest levels in witch/shaman, or sacrifice half your feats through variant multiclass. Other options are five levels into a pure casting class. I doubt you want to deviate that much from Bloodrager.

Yeah I had a look, Oracle of WAVES would have done it (Water Sight) but it's too late for that. I was really hoping there was an item (magic goggles or something) that would give me the ability to see through fog, but alas there doesn't seem to be a way to do it without dipping further.
Still a cool idea, I'll let the thread get back on track now. Thanks =)

Oh, I apologize. I thought you wanted a class-based option for getting the hex 'Murksight'. I completely misunderstood you wanted a different way to see through the fog created by the Saltspray ring. Not to fear, there is an item that does exactly what you want: Fog-cutting Lens.
Enjoy.
I now realize that this is an option for the ecclesitheurge in the original post to get the concealment they want.

Serious question: does the character actually need much else to survive?
She’s already getting the monk bonus to AC. She can get bracers of armor, UMD a wand of mage armor, or ask a friendly wizard. Amulet of natural armor (or a friendly druid). Ring of deflection (or cast shield of faith on herself). UMD a wand of shield if things get really hairy. Fight defensively.
Basically anything a monk would do to boost his survivability.

Need? Not at all.
Some people's idea of 'survivability' means 'They have very little chance to actually hit me' instead of 'I have more than adequate AC for my given level'. In this character's case, they are branching out into a role of mobile striker and are less equipped to handle most of the inherent dangers of doing so, and thus are shoring up their AC in the hopes of offsetting the risk.

Take a class that gets a Familiar. Make the familiar a flying familiar. Trade it's level 1 feat for Fly-By Attack (I think the Owl gets this already). Then just make sure the familiar's level isn't too low and that it doesn't die (or, in the case of a Figment familiar death is a mild inconvenience).
