Hi all,
This may seem like a bit of a silly question???
What is the effect of Channel Energy on Constructs??? I am assuming since they are neither alive or dead the answer is Nil Effect. Am I looking at this right?
As a supernatural effect would it effect creatures immune to magic??

1) You're right that positive and negative energy alike have no effect on constructs. Nothing healed, nothing damaged.
2) In general, "immune to magic" means immune to any spell effect that can be resisted. There's no provision for resisting channeled energy, so the immunity to magic doesn't help golems.
It is possible to affect golems with spells that don't allow spell resistance. This is also why the warlock blast modification that shoots acid and bypasses spell resistance would actually affect golems. Unless it's immune to acid.

I think it's safe to assume Construct type monsters are completely unaffected by both good and bad effects of Channel Energy. I would also rule that Living Constructs are half as affected as living creatures so something like a warforged (I know they won't be in Pathfinder but people are going to use them anyway) would be healed or harmed for half the result of the channeling.
