So I'm sorry if this has been answered a ton of times before, I really had no idea how to get anything useful out of a search.
Anyway.. My group is finishing up Sins of the saviors right now, and it's becoming an increasing pain to find complete and high quality Pathfinder versions of the encounters, and I really don't have the time to do them myself (or the skill!).
With the pathfinder version coming up in a complete bound version, will you be releasing the statblocks for the encounters for people with the old versions? I really don't feel like buying the whole thing once more, just for the Spires part.
If you will release the statblocks I will wait with Spires part until you release them.. If not, I will go through with gimped encounter stats..

Greetings, fellow travellers.
You can also find some conversions here - d20pfsrd fan conversions.

We have no plans at this point to release the stat blocks from the hardcover Anniversary Edition of Pathfinder as a PDF.
This makes a noob like me very sad. I keep hearing how great Rise of the Runelords is, especially for those who are new to Golarion... but as someone who is just learning the Pathfinder system (little D&D background), the conversions are just too much for me. I've bought the Beginner's Box and Core Rule book so I can eventually graduate to full-adventures, but I don't think I can afford a beautiful hardcover adventure at this point.
PDFs are great for lowering the barrier-of-entry, and especially good for people like me who are gingerly dipping our toe into things: since RotRL is SO highly recommended, it would be a shame to miss out on the opportunity for a PDF - I'd even pay a bit of a premium for it (say $12.50 instead of the normal $10 per episode).
...but if none of that is going to change anyone's mind, I'd be interested in the fan conversions to (manny_99 at hotmail dot com)
(Yes, I know about d20pfsrd but again - super noob here so I like as much guidance as possible!)

Greetings, fellow traveller.
Mind you, just because the original AP was published with D&D3.5 doesn't mean you can't enjoy it using PCs built with the PF ruleset. Actually, PF characters are more powerful than D&D characters and the AP gets a little easier. If you need a conversion guide, you'll find that here.

He's not saying that the updated Rise of the Runelords won't be released on PDF. He is saying that they are not going to release JUST the stat blocks on PDF. With the release of the Hardcover coming up, it would be unreasonable, in my mind, to expect Paizo to make a whole separate PDF just for the updates. Not that it wouldn't be a cool thing to have, but the community has made many conversions that are available.
That being said, I am happy to share the conversions that were shared with me when I ran the campaign! I will send them off shortly!

For most of the encounters all you need to do is Calculate the CMB/CMD and fix up the skills so they conform to Pathfinder standards.
For example, The Quasit, Erylium in Burnt offerings is a Theurge, a class that doesn't exist at all in Pathfinder. But basically all the non-core bits about her are explicitly spelled out in the path. You can run her as a sort of custom monster by just calculating a Combat Maneuver Bonus and Defense and putting the skills into order properly.
I have no doubt that when the Runelords hard Cover comes out Erylium will become a Cleric (or daemoniac) instead, and her particular mutations from 3.5 books that don't exist in pathfinder will be replaced by Demonic Boons. Or something similar. But to just play Runelords straight out you don't need to change that stuff.
