Man, i've gotta wait til five tomorrow afternoon... I'm going to be useless at work.
4 pm for me. But I've got a lot to do before then. Sleep being one thing.
Its not tied to the date so to speak, but the specific day and time (2pm) in the Pacific US Timezone. So all the Aussies and others have to wake up in the middle of the night or wee hours to see it with the rest of us. :P
I had to wait up until midnight CAT during Superstar 2011. Of course, I couldn't go to sleep immediately after reading an announcement. Thankfully, daylight savings, towards the end of the contest, meant I only had to stay up until 23:00.
Reveal time is 10pm here in the UK, but unfortunately, my Pathfinder group meet will still be running till 11pm at least.
There may have to be a TPK.... hmmm.
Twelve hours of painful waiting remain. Now to sleep through eight of them.

Seven hours left. And six and a half until I get home from work. Today's going to be a loooooooong day.
Sigh, my work colleagues are worse than a speaking clock - they keep messaging me every 5-10 minutes with time remaining.
Arrrrgh.
That's a good thing. Later, assuming you make the Top 32, you'll appreciate their attentiveness to the contest. At least, as long as they're voting for you. :-)
