As far as I understand it, it all stacks.
Monk levels + half everything else (feat that gives half unarmed strike damage progression) + ninja levels - 4 (ninja trick: Advanced unarmed training) + 4 (monk's robe)
And if this means that you hit as a monk higher than your total levels, well, you've spent a lot of character options on it and it's not any different from what a monk could do with the robe.

Yeah, plus you won't be getting the bulk of your damage from the weapon damage anyway.

You also have Ascetic Rogue from 3.5 Complete Adventurer if you were allowed.

Basically, your monk and rogue lvs stack for the purpose of determining unarmed damage. It's okay, but would be nicer if you got the other monk abilities too, like the old monk PrC's.
