What is your party makeup?

Gamer Life General Discussion

I'm just curious of what kind of groups people are running games for?

The game I'm currently has a party consisting of 2 Magi, a Bard, and a Ranger.

The Bard is using a custom archetype (She's a tarrot card master), she's a Veila (a homebrew race in my campaign, they're fox eared people).
One of the Magi is a Elven Myrmidarch focused on using archery while the other is a Tiefling Blade Bound using a Falchion.
The Ranger is using the Two-Handed combat style.

My PbP goblins are all 4th level, now: Witch, Rogue Scout/Knifemaster, Inquisitor, and a Barb 1/Cav 3.

So far, they've chewed through the scenery with aplomb, and they're pretty funny, too. The new classes are very interesting to see in action. They're all so stealthy and quick, anything they get the drop on is pretty much an auto-win.

I'm not running either of our current campaigns, but in the first campaign I play a halfling Bard/Paladin, we have a human Sorcerer, a human Druid, a dwarven fighter/defender, a human Paladin and a human monk.

In our other bigger campaign (which allows some 3.5 material) I'm a human witch, there is a tiefling monk, a human rogue, a human paladin, a halfling sorcerer, a silver dragon ranger, an orc cleric and a gnoll summoner.

Grand Lodge

We just finished The Wizard of Witchfire Mountain: A Sandbox Campaign in the Sterich March (check out our Campaign Journal.) and the PCs were....

Human Fighter
H-Elf Rogue-Magus-Ranger-Inquisitor
Human Witch
H-Elf Pally
Human Cleric of Fharlanghn
Human Wizard
Dwarf Fighter
Elf Ranger, archer

Silver Crusade

Running king maker and the party is.
Bard
Oracle (Battle)
Warlord (from tome of secrets with lots of fixes)
Ranger
Rogue
Witch

We're running a Pathfinder RPG in our DM's world.

Currently playing with
Barbarian (Invulnerable Rager)
Inquisitor (Does s*loads of damage, I tell you)
Druid
Sniper (will multiclass into cavalier for story reasons)
Alchemist

Works out pretty damn well.

Ok first of all I am currently in 3 games non of which are pathfinder but do use paizo products.

First one= The Shackled City AP.
We are all 8th level by now.

Dorien the Grey-Cleric of Wee jas, cleric 7,mage1, mystic theurge pc next level.
yana the druid-druid, diviner, arcane heirophant. Flesh racker animal companion is the main fighter.
Fror-dwarven fighter,ranger

Human sorcerer with malconvoker prestige class added in. His fiendish gorillas are the expendable tanks.
Charles Gravley-recently added after player retired his rogue- shadow dancer.
Gnome wizard with Maister prestige class. Replaced cleric of kord after death.
so out of a 6 man party 4 are spell-casters and two aren't.

Next campaign- Forgotten realms setting but DM home brew.
we are all 11th level by now.

Human Druid of silvanus with two levels of warshaper.
Dwarf Paladin of Silver beard- has hippogrif as a mount. Does not get along with the druid at all due to alignment differences.
human warlock
gnome druid- druid,diviner-arcane heirophant prestige class. (yes, same player same class same everything)
Human cloistered cleric of oghma
human rogue.

Last but not least our two person pick up game in Hollows Last hope.

Human druid-Me-druid level 1, Human Paragon level 3. The extra feat and +2 to my Con make this a very tough character as far as a melee combatant. stats are at 4th level str=16,dex=14,con=18<+2 from prestige class, it started out at a 16, Int=14, wis=19, cha=10.

Exalted Githzeri monk=Sun Soul Monk= monk 2 fighter 2. Dex of 27 at first level. All rolls are out in the open and he can't hit to save his life. his str is 12 so whenever doors need to be broken down my druid just bashes then in.

all stats were rolled useing the 4d6 drop the lowest NO r-erolls. place in any order you'd like.

Dark Archive

In the China-themed game:

LG Yuan-ti paladin
N Tengu rogue/fighter/assassin

(They work surprisingly well together.)

In the medieval European game:

CG Human fighter (reach weapons)
CN Dhampir fighter (two-weapon fighting)
CG Human ranger (firearm)
N Human oracle

(They work well together despite everyone else being superstitious about the dhampir, and the CG fighter questioning the existence of the others' deities.)

My online game (Kingmaker):

4th level elf sorcerer
4th level half-orc rogue
4th level human oracle
4th level human paladin
4th level human alchemist

We are having some problems with the GM playing the game a little too by-the-book and being unwilling to alter things to motivate characters, so we may have a few people rerolling. The party functions fine, but the personas of the characters aren't fitting with the way the game is being executed.

The game I will be GMing starting in November so far has a human sorcerer, a human cavalier, and a half-elf bard. Still waiting on three players to make chars. It's a homebrew campaign that will begin as an urban adventure in Absalom.

My current RotRL game (currently halfway through Hook Mountain Massacre) consists of:

-Maya "Mia" Atehya- A Kellid Invulnurable Rager Barbarian who is modled after Xena with an anger management problem.
-Rickson, the Merc- A Half-Elf, Half-Chelish Weapon Master (two bladed sword) who has spent more gold on whores than all of his other purchases combined.
-Envaryious "Envy" ...I forget his last name...- A Half-Elf, Half-Keleshite Rogue/Assassin left a life of prostitution aboard pirate ships in favor of walking the path of a killer for hire.
-Blaze- A Varisian Zen Archer Monk who...well, who couldn't care less about roleplaying; he's a combat guy.
-Alexandru Havenasti- A Varisian Sorcerer (homebrewed shapechanger bloodline), and ex-boyfriend of famed Magnimarian diva Allishanda.
-Boram Thistleback- A Halfling Rogue who escaped slavery in Cheliax and evades bounty hunters looking to drag him back.
-Tanrae Mosegi Lantilern- An Elan Psychic Warrior (path of the assassin) who is an elite special ops agent of the Chelish military.

In the campaign I'm currently in, about to ding level 5;

Elf Wizard Conjuration Specialist (Teleportation subschool)

Human Cleric of Caiden Caylien

Halfling Rogue/fighter

Human Swashbuckler
