Feint Methods

Rules Questions

Hi, everyone.

I'm kicking around a strange character concept, and I landed on the topic of making the Feint maneuver work. In short, I'd like to be able to make a feint attempt as well as a full-attack in the same turn.

Ways I've found to do this so far are limited to Moonlight Stalker Feint and Improved Two-Weapon Feint. Are there other ways out there to score feint attempts as well as full-attacks?

-Matt

You could have a familiar or eidolon trying to use greater feint I suppose, or for that matter you could use greater feint for your eidolon and have it make the full attack instead.

1 level maneuver master monk dip, or a friend that greater feints for you.

-It's PFS, so I cannot rely on friends.

-Feint is not actually a combat maneuver, so Maneuver Master1 won't work.

A dip into that witch archetype that let's you give your feats to the familiar so they can have greater feint?

I am unfamiliar with PFS, but... does it allow for the leadership feat. Cohort with Greater Feint.

Grand Lodge

Society rules do not allow Leadership.

I actually have a rogue that uses Feint. I don't full attack but the character does try to add as much damage as possible to the one attack.

I dipped one level of fighter and I use an aldori dueling sword. I enchanted it with the agile weapon property to be able to use dex for damage instead of strength. I powerful sneak, allowing any 1's I roll for sneak attack to be 2's, whenever sneak attack is available. And I will be taking Deadly Sneak, all 1&2's are treated as 3's, at 11th level. And I'm going to take Vital Strike. Yes, that's only 1 attack a round if I have to feint but I'm making that one attack count.

I know it' not a direct answer to the question, but just something I'm doing. Maybe you can find something that works.

powerful sneak is a trap, it adds 1one sixth of a point of damage per dice.

consider oppertunist as your greater rogue talent as it has the potential to double your attacks per round.
unless of course you will be getting skill mastery
