I'm SOOOOOOO tempted to order a second one for the group. If I do, is there a way to waive the shipping for the second one since two books can be shipped for the same price (I'm in the US).

I think you can have up to two books shipped to the US for the shipping cost, but Tome is so big and heavy that I might be wrong. Your best bet would be to send an email to Bill asking if he can combine shipping. You have only 4 more days to decide, though, and the holiday weekend is coming up.

If I recall correctly, they come right out and tell you how to save on shipping when you're ordering. Then again, it's been three months and my memory gets spotty in my old age...

I ordered one on the first day preorders went up. Now I'm just thinking of adding a second one to the order.

Yup--I left it discounted. Its so darn expensive to make a stitch bound (essentially think college textbook) volume this size, that I am not discounting further.

If you email me before July 5 (and can actually buy one soon after) I'll hold one for you....by soon I mean like 2 weeks...please don't stiff me on this, its "Bill's" money at risk here...

Yup, they're called Tome of Horrors Revised, Tome of Horrors II, and Tome of Horrors III. Just for 3.5, though (and 3.0 for Tome of Horrors I, unrevised). And I think only II and III can be gotten in print anymore.

I have 1 which was only 3.0 it was made as a PDF for 3.5 II and III are OOP unless I am mistaken. NOne of which are full conversion.

A book this size is just out of reach for some folks and other {like me} can not get the money before the print is done. Then again a book that size has big limits to it.

If they were broken down into beastry sized tomes I would happy buy em all. PDF's are Ok but I like books, that and printing the PDF is both iffy at some places and not to cheep.

I think you can just order a second one separately. Bill should be able to figure it out from your name and address. But if you are uncertain, you can always just sent him an email, closer to when the print versions are done would probably be best.

I call it a "mock-up" because I'm going to have to adjust and configure things a little differently for the print cover. Although that WILL be the cover for the Pathfinder Tome of Horrors Complete .PDF.

I might be wrong here, but I am pretty sure that Bill can accept direct credit card payments. You do not have to use PayPal.

You could rent a freight cargo ship, it should be enough to transport it to the docks and then a heavy truck to your door. Assuming you have a forklift in you house to move it around once you have it. :)

Since it's preorder only, I don't know that many game stores will be carrying it. Your best bet is to make the order online before it ends or look for it with Paizo after that (I know that they have made some orders for it themselves), but not many local game stores carry Frog God Games stuff, unfortunately.

I have to say that missing out on the first three ToH was a big mistake on my end. I ALWAYS find myself referencing the PDFs of the originals when working on my Pathfinder material. Looking forward to getting this sucker and weighing down my bookshelf.
