Troglodytes. No contest.

That's because people confuse the paladin's code with the definition of Lawful Good. Instead of RTFMing and seeing that paladins have to be LG and have a code to follow, people tend to assume that the code and the alignment are one and the same. Therefore, if something is prohibited for paladins, it must not be lawful/good.

Well, at least I smell better than the walking geckos ..... *Dries his tears and blows his nose*

Here's another hypothetical for you. You have found a chest full of platinum coins, enough to keep you knee-deep in obscene levels of luxury for the next decade or to buy enough potions of Sun Orchid Elixir for all of your friends. What do you do?

I'm an elf. I don't need Sun Orchid Elixirs. I do need luxury.

If a creature attacked you with it's tentacles, would you assume it did so to harm you, or would you assume it would..."do things" to you?
Choose your answer wisely, elf.

Choose your answer wisely, elf.

"Attack" implies "intent to do harm" as far as I'm concerned. So it'd get stabbed.

Furthermore, there's an inappropriately used apostrophe in the word "its" above, and that further indicates to me the evil intent of said monster. So it'd get stabbed a second time.

Only a second time? I'd give it more than that.

But your friends would live longer with the Sun Orchid Elixir! You could travel together longer!

Why are you and your fellow elves so tall?

Doesn't make sense... Shouldn't taller beings be clumsier, but stronger and tougher?
[As with the 'Enlarge Person' spell and the rules for monster sizes and size changes (see table 1-3, page 292 and table 2-2, page 296 of the Bestiary).]

Ever met a half-dragon?
If so, were they civil, or did you have to use your trademark 'steel-poisoning-to-the-kidney' manoeuvre?

Being an elf how does this make you feel?

The fact that elves are tall and are NOT clumsy proves your theory wrong. I don't really need much more proof than that. Aside from saying "taller" does not mean "larger," as in Large size category.

Only half-dragons I've met were monsters. They were not civil at all.

I didn't read it. The thread title more or less self-identifies it as fundamentally flawed/misinformed and not worth looking at.

Ummm... an awful lot.

Wizard.

Hey, Merisiel, did you happen to get Harsk and a couple of his friends drunk recently?

HalfOrcHeavyMetal wrote:

Eew. Gross. No, I wouldn't inflict that on the world. At least, not when I didn't have an escape route planned that would allow me to flee before I saw the results of said atrocity.

What is Ezren like?

Why do you want to hit Ezren?

Kelsey MacAilbert wrote:

He's shrill, stubborn, and kinda a know-it-all. He's the one I'd be LEAST likely to hit on. Gross.

Not hit on. Hit. As is, punch him. Or stab him.

What is Seltyiel like? Amiri? Seoni?

So which of the other iconics have you had sex with?

Which one do you want to have sex with?

Which ones would not want to touch with a 10' pole?

Sorry for the bluntness of the question...but it is late and I am tired.

I guessing you don't get along well with Seoni.

Kelsey MacAilbert wrote:

Same reasons, actually.

The others you mention? Mostly fun. Particularly Seltyiel. Amiri is kinda scary when she's angry, but fun when she's not. And Seoni is disturbingly beautiful but she doesn't seem to realize it. She doesn't have much of a sense of humor, but she's strangely delightful to hang around with anyway. I don't really understand why.

I may worship Calistria, and I may indeed have slept around... but that doesn't mean I go around bragging about with who.

You'll have to ask the others. Maybe they're more into the kissing and telling.

Belle Mythix wrote:

That guess would be wrong. We get along pretty okay, even if she's kinda weird and/or dull when it comes to jokes and goofing around.

Merisiel, another hypothetical question for you:

Seoni, Lini, Seelah, Kyra and yourself are ship-wrecked and wash ashore on an untouched paradise. Searching for supplies, as your weapons and clothing were much damaged and in sore need of repair and drying out, you stumble across a crate of cloth.

Do you give the others the crate to make some clothing out of, or do you suggest *leaf-kinis instead and hide the crate to get a day of fun out of the equation? *(Bikinis made from large tropical plant-leaves)

Dark Archive

Merisiel you do realise that Seoni is just casting "charm person" on you right?

Here's one for you Merisiel. What is your favorite piece of loot you've gotten in all your adventures?

will you (Merisiel) appear in the new pathfinder comic?

Any advice on how to get rid of the image that the last poster's question put in my head?

I don't think it's actually allowed to voluntarily fail a saving throw unless the save is qualified with "(harmless)". :)

Rot grub on a string. Snort it up into your left nostril (NOT your right one), wait until that particular memory "goes away," then yank the rot grub out fast. (The main risk here is, of course, that the rot grub eats the memory that you just snorted a rot grub...)

ulgulanoth wrote:

Nope. I avoid that tangled swamp of trouble and wait for the fancy refined stuff to trickle into my clutches.

Yet still... somehow... I do it anyway.

As Sean recently pointed out in the flaming disarm thread (I'd link, but I'm posting via phone), you can voluntairly fail any save. Harmless just means that creatures tend to want to fail the save by default.
