Aw, man! Luckily, I shielded myself with Charles's submission.
And it knocked the word count down as well!
Oh, wait.....to 50 words. How...awkward.
O_o
That sounds like the Lord Chancellor survived in some abbreviated form. Oh well, I shall be pleased to have contributed a sidebar to someone else's article.

Ask A Succubus Journalist |

Dear Paizo Posters,
Mr. Evans has suffered a breakdown which has required his immediate removal from the messageboards. For the duration, any and all correspondence will be monopolised by the Ask A Succubus team instead. Or should that be the Ask A Succubus 'tiweam'? I'm reasonably certain that when it comes to succubi there's both an 'I' and a 'we' in team...
Yours, Trusting That This Post Has Been Helpful,
Ask A Succubus Journalist.

Geez, less of a breakdown, and more of a split personality! O_o
Oooh! Aren't you that person Howell B. Talbot the third pretends to be when he's had a really stressful time of it and needs some light relief? Given that Howell hasn't had much to say recently, that last encounter with the Sandpoint Devil and its bad breath must have caused a nervous crisis of epic proportions...
Perhaps you [Howell] should take some decent perfume with you in future to combat such menaces? Either that or a halfling soaked in fragrant spices and brandy to feed to such creatures, which often works just as well (and is usually much, much, cheaper).
Ask a Succubus |

Ladies, ladies! As highest ranked succubus present, I say leave the poor man alone for now, and let him get back to writing his journal. He has quite enough pressure on him at present without having to worry about all the torments a tea-party of sophisticated ladies will devise for him if another journal installment is not forthcoming very soon.

I'm guessing you were going for mild humor, but in case someone is really thinking along those lines:
In regards to asking for submission guidelines I'd say that it'd be polite of us eager contributors to let the people in charge of Wayfinder breathe a bit, at least until they've finished work on #5.
As for starting to plan articles without knowing the guidelines: Why not? I'd certainly not mind it if my next attempt won't be started less than 5 hours before the deadline next time.

I've finished proofing the semi-final version. It is in Hugo's hands now to be readied for printing.
Whew.
So, my next step is to inform everyone that had an article accepted, and to inform those that had submissions that I ended up not using....why I didn't use their submission.
But first....I need to catch up on sleeeeeeep.

Thanks for the notification Tim! I really appreciate you taking the time to email us. It is a gesture that really makes a big difference. Knowing one way or the other makes me feel better about the whole process.
No problem. That was a request made pretty clearly, and it is certainly not a hard thing to do. I just needed to wait until it was off to the printer.
I am still working on sending out these notices, though, so don't freak out if you haven't heard from me yet! ;-)

Congratulations. ;)
Zuxius:
I am reporting a sighting of a Timitius email too. And I can report that I had more of my stuff rejected this time than ever before (okay, I submitted more this time though, and apparently some of it made it in).

I've been adding some of the OGL content from previous Wayfinder Magazines to D20PFSRD, and I was wondering if Paizo Fans United had a company logo I could use in the source stamp? See http://www.d20pfsrd.com/extras/community-use/d20pfsrd-com-source-logos/3rd- party-publisher-source-stamps-image-version for examples of what I'm talking about for other 3pp.

Looks like people have been busy moving things around on the site. Here's the updated version
The images I use to generate the source stamps are typically about 100x100 pixels in size.

Would people prefer 'Paizo Fans United', or a mysterious 'PFU'?
But what would the mascot be?
A golem-armed triskelion, holding a quill, paintbrush, and hammer. :P
