Scarab Sages

Next crazy with my wife? I can live with that.....

Scarab Sages

Anyway, I sent her a message back asking if she wanted me to interrupt His Royal Highnesses breakfast time to pick her up at the airport, or if she wanted to take a taxi.

Scarab Sages

Ok, I hate to be brief, but it's time for coffee and a bit of breakfast. And making sure the boy doesn't destroy himself or the world accidently.

By all the new and old gods!! The horror!! THE HORROR!!!! And it almost escaped!!!

Thankfully, the stench of its passing alerted me to the impending doom that nearly visited itself on the world.

I can only think of the destruction that was nearly unleashed upon an unsuspecting civilization.

Scarab Sages

I never thought something so small could produce something so foul.

Scarab Sages

Now I know where Kevin Smith got the idea for the S#~~ Demon in Dogma.

Scarab Sages

I look forward to hopefully having some Popeyes today. Not sure if it's gonna happen though. I still gotta call the pediatrician's office and see if they can fit Charlie in for an appointment.

Scarab Sages

All right. Gotta go see a kid about a knuckle sammich.

Good morning. It looks like I missed Aberzombie and aeglos.

Now it's time for a bacony breakfast, and then laser tag with my daughter and a few of her friends.

That sounds like a great day ahead of you taig. And I hope everyone else has a similarly awesome day.

That's awesome man. I'm glad to hear that Lazer Tag is making(yet another!) comeback.

I would gleefully [redacted] those dvds until they were crushed into a fine powder. Does that show love?

Yes, yes it does.

had a couple of ciders and played Skat with teo friends

does anyone know Skat?

It is the most important germna card game, it is complicated, abstract and has a ton of strange rules (like this:
the dealer gives out 3 cards to every player, then two cards to the middle, 4 to each player than 3 to each player, then player 3 starts the bidding to player two until one of them foulds than the dealing players starts bidding.....)

there is even an international Skat court of Law (in Germany with 7 german and 2 non germna members) you can call on them in the case of disputes in organized club play or tournaments

Today is bad decision day. First, I decided to drink coffee and whiskey when I've been having stomach problems. And then I watched Highlander: The Source. Why do I do this to myself?

Coffee with Wiskey it is his only excuse.

PS did you know it was meant to be a trilogy? Either Panzer or Davis passed away and as such even though the movie made enough to fund a sequel (how in good gods name it did I cant fathom) they never got made. Or that is the story I heard anyway, and you know the internet never lies.
So now we await the reboot staring Ryan Reynolds.

My teen years are being destroyed.

I misread this as Free Muslim Day. I had no idea we were giving away Muslims.

It was okay. I'm not a huge Guy Gardner fan.

I know a family nearby that would gladly loan the kids for a week or two.

As long as they don't try to stick in a more complicated plot, they should be fine. I mean, part of the reason that the original was so good was that it had a very bare-bones story with lots of sword fights.

Ryan Reynolds is a capable actor (I would venture, even better than Christopher Lambert), and as long as he gets a good script, I trust him. The problem is, Ryan Reynolds never gets good scripts... I really hope they find a good Kurgan, though.

It's Ryan Reynolds. It's going to be awful.

I've always thought Michael Shanks would make a good Connor MacLeod. Or, if you want to go for an actual Scotsman, Gerard Butler.

I want to get Solnes a pair of panties with "Trouble" on the crotch. Then I want to get into trouble.

Aren't you two married? It's hardly getting into troubles when you are married, y'know. At least as long as you are married to each other, that is :P

And on that note trouble is back with dinner, then it's all night gaming, starting volume 2 of the Marco Volo trilogy.

Just spent a couple hours yesterday and today making two characters for campaigns that won't happen for months or longer. Going to finish my book now.

Been dealing with a sick Charlie most of the day. He's got a bit of chest congestion the doctor gave him antibiotic for. Plus, I think something he ate might have disagreed with him.

My poor little buddy.

Macaroni and cheese with chicken and peas baked into it. Fresh from the oven with a breadcrumb topping.

Finished The Way of Kings. Not bad at all. Ending 5 chapters or so were several punches in the face.
