I...don't really have strong feelings about any of the undead. I'd pretty much just pick at random. Except not ghouls because they're gross.
Defintiely Psionic. Dreamscarred. I love how versatile it is, with lots of options for creating all different kinds of superhero concepts within the game rules. Not familiar with the Green Ronin psychic stuff, but OA was a huge disappointment to me. Like kid opening a Christmas present to find a PlayStation box only to find it's full of socks kind of disappointment. It...just doesn't work for me. I wanted it to, but it doesn't. :/

I was all ready to go off on my co-worker using "Reply All" to further spam an executive's inbox with useless e-mail, but I realized I've already tiraded about the "Reply All" button, so it's off-limits for me.
So how about car alarms?
Question 1: Does anyone on this extensive list know anyone, or have you ever even heard of anyone, for whom a car alarm protected their car and scared off would-be thieves?
I can personally answer in the negative. I've never so much as heard a story about a car alarm scaring away ANYBODY. And I was around when they first became popular back in the 1980's.
Question 2: Given that it's so hard to find any reported instances of car alarms doing anything other than bothering the neighbors, why is it that you can no longer buy a car that doesn't have one?
What logic am I missing here?

What logic am I missing here?That it costs more to remove the alarm assembly from the factory line than it does to just charge you for the alarm regardless of if you want it.

...but there's still the question of, "If nobody wants them, what are they still doing on the line?"
I suspect the answer is nothing better than, "If we leave 'em there, we can charge more for the car, increasing our profit margin."

Car alarms have become less prevalent and harder to trigger.
Rest assured, your complaints have been heard, NH! But there are still lots of cars on the road from the car alarm heyday, so you still get the noise from time to time.

A couple of corrections.
1. I'm not sure if a cake can be structurally sound enough to safely encapsulate a human being.
2. There are international laws in place directly preventing me from singing in public (so I've been told)

3. Can I be Shiny and Chrome Shredder, I can appreciate his complete lack of subtlety, and backstory.
I just don't want to be Shredder from the Nickelodeon cartoon, that guy's got a lot of baggage.
4. It's gloomy and rainy, just as the General likes it ("oh, it's just how I like it!" - The General), and she took the day off to write, so I'm in charge of the dog and kids so she can do whatever she wants.
