I just burned 2,000 calories. I fell asleep while the brownies were in the oven.

Doesn't everyone bake and sleep nekkid?

I wrote a song about tortillas. Actually it's more of a wrap.

I used to think that air was free. Then I bought a bag of chips.

It turns out that the answer to my problem was not at the bottom of this container of ice cream. But the important thing is that I tried.

My favorite part of Valentine's Day is the day after when all the chocolates are on sale.

I feed my children a combination of yeast and shoe polish. That way every morning they rise and shine.

I'm not a doctor, but I do know that adding cheese to pretty much any food makes it an antidepressant.

I heard they have that air pocket to keep them from busting open at higher altitudes I don't know that their is any truth to that however.

Whenever I find that my wife packed me a salad for lunch I get nervous trying to figure out what I did to piss her off this time.

Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to phish, and he'll become a Nigerian prince who needs your help getting his money of his country.

I could probably link you to like 50 good examples you've posted on this thread alone.

My son came home from school the other day and said he failed his art assignment. I asked him to show it to me, and he handed me a blank piece of paper. I asked him "So, what was the assignment?" He said "To draw a cow in a field of grass." "So where's the grass?" "The cow are it all." "Then, where's the cow?" "After he ate all the grass he went to find some more."

I'm so proud of him.

Sounds great! But it would probably be faster if you sent me your bank account number so I could wire the money to you directly.

I'd be happy if someone packed Me a salad. As it is I have to go around looking for a salad for lunch.

BTW..well in college, I followed my vegetarian eating friend and went vegetarian from dawn to dusk. There's still a part of me that's vegetarian, though I'm really an om nom nom nom nom nivore.

But no veggies for days makes me sad. And I mean I need green leafy ones, not root vegetables.

You can check out Legendary Game's Path Of The Dragon mythic supplement, it might have something similar.

I can check when I get home if you don't have it.

I looked through it and the closest it gets is a Calming Aura, where a dragon can switch it's frightful presence to act as the spell Calming Emotions (with everything with 4 HD or less fascinated).

I highly recommend picking it up if you like dragons, it's a pretty sweet book.

John, I hope people show up to play.

If I were there, I'd have a net for capturing players with. We can make it part of the game.

Thanks, Terrinam, but this year's already written off. I was already short ten hours, so there's no point in worrying about falling further behind.

Closing my table. I'll go watch some AMVs for a couple hours before I have to leave. I'll be back on-line later.

On Friday, ALL (DE) and I made chicken soup with matzo balls.

On Saturday, we went to the sculpture park for ages, where there were scluptures, and geese, and ducks, and sheep, and enormous pies, and then went home and ate chicken soup with matzo balls. I also discovered that ALL (DE) really, really likes watching me doing lunges.

Today, ALL (DE) went home, and I did various bits and bobs including rapier drills, French Horn practice and gardening.

Down here for pathfinder and 5e cons we have warhorn. Generally we get more GMs then players to go around also.

Maybe you need a trip over here? =)

Also, my brother and I suspect the PCs sound card had gone kaput. It means I get to play path of exile without sound.

Does that make me one hearing impaired exile?

Problem is I do some off screen killing, so I can't hear items drop if I have no sound.

I don't know if I'll miss any boss power up cues, and fail to dodge the attack, which could splat me. We'll see.

We use Warhorn here, also. If I had the money and time, I'd go. Perhaps several days each month.

You know the scene where Harry enters Molly's mindscape? I wonder what mine would look like. I mean I always thought it'd be a library, but these days I don't read that much, so probably not. Hmm..

And I can honestly say that, on gate duty, I actually had about as much fun as staff as I did as a regular attendee. Okay, almost.

I am generally called upon on for pathfinder cons as a Jee M.

I give my VC whines when I have the prepare new scenarios in a week. Season 9 there are a lot of things to take note off that a cursory glance of the scenario won't tell you. Earlier seasons, ah not so much of a problem. You wanna me run a brawl? OK cool beans.

I'm known for being a fair, even handed GM. Strangely I think I get more murderhobo quotient online, again PFS you're not allowed to alter monster tactics.

Whereas in APs, most of the time you aren't even given tactics so what am I supposed to do? Obviously start improvising with great gusto...and I'm cheesier and smarter then the average pathfinder and know it, too.

And since it's all campaign mode, so it's not as if you have any permanent consequences for dying, so yeah I don't mind trying to Murderhobo player characters. I feel bad for animal companions and familiars though.

But the number of player characters I have actually killed running pathfinder I can count on one paw and that's being a 3 star GM, before even running PBPs online for my fourth star.

Again I had a group of adorable, savvy cheese monkies that generally blew their way through. Teamwork is very important.

Well, I'm back, with many stories to tell at a later time when I'm not exhausted, but Amazon Restaurants had its first total fail, and turned even THAT into a win.

But this one is definitely a, "Megacorporations can afford to pull stunts like this."

So, I placed an order at Barney's Burgers, Barney's filled it within half an hour, Amazon called in a driver, and the driver just plain flaked.

Being Lawful, I waited until the order window had well and truly passed (the wait was 90 minutes, so I gave it an extra 18 minutes (20%) "wiggle room" because Bay Area and had Amazon call me.
#1: Human on the line within 60 seconds.
#2: Full refund no questions asked the moment she brought up the order and saw the mistake was on her end.
#3: Once I had a full refund and an explanation of what had gone wrong, she asked me how I'd like to proceed, and then very kindly apologized that my now-free dinner was going to be late. It's like, "Lady, I just ordered $90 worth of burgers and you're giving them to me for free because they're an hour late. I think I'm just failing to find the will to be mad at you..."

So free burgers, then bed. It works.
