I don't care if it's shark week. You're taking dictation.

I actually checked to see if any of them followed suite.

They were silent.

Ha! I'm reminded of this.

Disclaimer: not nude, but could be NSFW for some.

Sorry. Been of THOSE mornings.

Wish I could blame it on being distracted by boobies, sans the PMS.

I am not only confident that Lindisty is far more capable in the kitchen, but also far more fetching.

I wanted an off campus apartment badly - the money the school provided for room and board could move off campus, and I had another girl lined up as a roommate with the same scholarship. We would have saved so much money. But I had no credit history, and my parents wouldn't cosign the lease. So...there it is.
That bites. I can't even stand apartments any more. The last time I lived in any kind of institutional housing goes back to Korea in '86.
I could stand an apartment, mostly because I need very little space to live comfortably, and renting an apartment is cheaper than renting a small house with the extra costs for land, upkeep, taxes....

For me the issue is not mainly square footage. I just couldn't stand the restrictions of apartment or condo life. Living on top of other people is not for me. I like my little house in my little cul de sac.

I wouldn't mind a more remote location though.

huh. Weird.

Will you come visit my compound when/if I build it? ;)
Only if you promise not to give me several warning shotgun blasts in the face when I come by.

Outstanding! We can blow some stuff up then game and have some drinks!:)

Why, in Houston, of course! Remember, everything FAWSOME happens in Houston.

Now I am reminded of my idea to talk about the overheard thread if I am on customer service over the phone.

My brain is full of keysmash.

Ugh, the Houston Galleria mall is confusing on first visit.

Sovereign Court

don't like it much - most of the stores are too ritzy for me. :)

As a rule, I find malls are to be avoided.

Well, that's because you forgot about the burlesque show and never got to see me in my natural element.

The Exchange

Tomorrow will be the first time I have been to the Galleria in... I don't know. A lot of years.

The Exchange

Of course, I'll be running PFS games all day, so does it really count?

Grand Lodge

Pathfinder Adventure, Rulebook Subscriber

Probably not. I'll be doing the same. I'll be there early, 7ish I think. Have to find a spot to wait for muster.

The Exchange

I am strangely ok with that.

Stupid map. At least the stupid map is almost done. Trying to reconcile three different versions of the same region that were drawn years apart and never reconciled with each other before even a little is a pain. Things don't fit where they're supposed to fit. I doubt I will ever again attempt cartography based on someone else's notes.

Hope you are all having a less grumpy evening. :)

Everybody needs to ask Freehold about his Buffy the Vampire Slayer pajamas, and why he cried at the end of Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog, citing it as the most wonderful thing he had ever witnessed.

I cried WHILE WE WERE WATCHING IT!!! The sing alongs were KILLING ME!!!! And I only wore pajamas because I was a guest in someone's home--usually I sleep nekkid!!!!!

Spoiler:
I actually really enjoyed it when everyone sang along. I hope to have moments like that with my children, although we will NOT be watching Dr. Horrible

Yes, I made a strategic error jumping into this, but I'm already committed to the First Steps three-parter tomorrow and We Be Goblins Sunday afternoon. I've learned valuable lessons from the stress however.
