Just you know, posing nekkid before I go for my HIIT session. Gosh trying to unravel a loan is quite some work.
I think I will run and swim in the morning, then go back home to bake my pizza. Not sure if I'll make it for lunch, then thinking of maybe making a date loaf? Possibly going out to find some Bbq Quail for dinner.

It'll probably involve some version of going out, but where?
Trying to take over the world sounds like a good idea. The world belongs to us Felines!

I am the green thumb in my household.
Which is to say I have a willingness to pick up the garden hose and a weekly "water the succulants!" alarm.
Our standards might need revising.
Since when do you need to water a cactus? You're in AZ. There's nothing green there besides man-made objects.

Now that's a totally unfair characterization! There's also green animal droppings! (Especially if any of them ever got into the dumps after the ecto coolers were dropped there... okay, well that one doesn't count, but you get the idea!)
:D

I'm planning on trekking through the Phoenix/Grand Canyon area on my Great Western Roadtrip this year...assuming I can afford to do it.
Oh, it's beautiful and really awesome! Speaking of awesome, if you get the chance, also take a look at the Painted Desert and Zion. Really lovely places!
(It's been long enough since I've been in there means I don't remember where, exactly, they all were, other than, "in that area.")

Zion is what Zeon wants to turn the earth into! Never forget Operation British! Death to Zeon!

Speaking of Cons, I have a home in a different department, now. I'm now a volunteer in the manga library!
True, but it's better than working Bag Check. I have this recurring nightmare about throwing my back out while lifting crates filled with heavy bookbags. Besides, I know the department head. Several years ago, I helped him set up the library before the con.

Moments that make you proud as a parent.
Tiny T-Rex listed his favorite music as Jazz and Funk, and his favorite sport as basketball.
Now is the time to buy him a fretless Alembic bass guitar, a bubble perm and approximately 300000 hours of intense noodling tuition. It's an investment!

Is there anything wrong putting chocolate chips to something like this? I think I'll cut sugar to like 0.5 cups since my last chocolate cake was at 0.75 cups of sugar for 2 cups of flour.
I don't have any walnuts though.

There are date palms and other palms in AZ. I can attest to that.

I think they made it compulsory for people to not make the trip down grand canyon and up in a single day after some people pushed themselves to exhaustion. I think you need to stay a night at the lodge in the valley.
Also, antelope canyon rocks!

Nope!
... oh, wait, the rest of the question matters.

No problem! With me!

Lol, strangely (or maybe not so strangely), cacti are not very popular in AZ.
I have a weed garden because I got sick of looking at the bare earth of our backyard, and we have a few succulants gifted to us. And believe it or not, AZ doesn't rain enough for even succulants or weeds. ;)
Give me a heads up if you make it to Phoenix, lunch is on me.

Ahahha, do I need to get off your lawn? I love chocolate. And I have half a jar of spare chips.
Also my Samsung health App is showing that I take surprisingly more carbs then I'd expect myself to. Again helping your mom clean the fridge of pineapple tarts does that to you.

Meh today was a crappy strength training session. Spent too much time in PBP land so only managed to do 4 sets of the following:
5x barbell squat with 40 lb weight
3x deadlift with 50 lb weight
4 push ups
11 Push-ups on knees
8x inverted rows
10x one arm dumbell rows with 8 lb
5x overhead press with 20 lb weight
5x clean and press with 30 lb weight
1 min plank
Usually I aim for 6 sets of the above. I'm slowly switching out the push ups on knees for full push ups. All push ups are done without elbows flaring out.
Also didn't feel very in form today. Is it a good idea to finish the other two sets later today or nope?
I started overhead pressing and clean and press because I think I can do heavier barbell squats, the problem is I can't get them off the weight rack and on my shoulders...
