Weird. Just posted a Shiro obit and it didn't take.
Basically one of those "epic moments" in roleplay: Shiro had a waiting graveknight (CR 11) ready to slaughter our 8th-level party. It got to go first, and its full-round attack on our dwarven paladin of Torag dropped his hit points into the teens.
Instead of healing, the dwarf just looked at us all, said, "It's been a pleasure working with all of you," Smote Evil, and ripped into the graveknight right back.
He of course died on the graveknight's next turn (dropped to exactly -12 hit points with a CON of 12), but he did enough damage and bought us enough time that the Hasted, bane-ing, judgement-ing inquisitor of Pharasma stepped up, hit the graveknight 3 times, and dropped IT to exactly 0 hit points, which is unhealthy for undead.
A very short, very epic fight.
And yes, we did sell all our loot to bring the paladin back. Because you don't let friends like that go.
If the grave knight can get you to mid teens from full hp once, he can probably kill you even if you tried healing since doing damage is easier then healing in pathfinder.
There was once that we got pursued by a ghoul horde, I told(ooc) the barbarian, sorry, I can't get to you to heal you, then channeled positive to blow up quite a number of ghouls. If we don't get rid of the ghouls it's likely a TPK due to ghoul paralysis from multiple ghouls. If the barbarian dies, it's just one.
I do what I have to do, like being nekkid because the rules said so.
*Gets dressed*

I've set up documentation for time extension. I cannot do my company Maths if the auditors have not given me soft copy of the financial statements. Attempts to chase the auditors to get financial statements have ended in failure, so rather then pull my fur out, I've decided to apply for an extension.
I suspect that auditors move at their own sweet time and any chasing on my part won't get me my financial statements any faster.

It's not as bad as it sounds. The request for extension will have no drawbacks on my company, just my director had to sign another set of forms. And now I have my 22 days to deal with 7 company's worth of Maths. I would get started but those auditors need to corporate by giving me the soft copy FS...should have taken a copy when they were in my office, but again there was this awful rush to get them back to the auditors so they could countersign...
There's being a s*cker for punishment and finishing stuff on time, and there's not humanly possible to do certain things if the party you're relying on is tardy.
On the other hand, documentation for that loan agreement is done =) It didn't, as I said take very long.

And there was much rejoicing.

I have recipes for all of them? Haddock Sarah can end up deep fried, Flounder Billy should be stir fried with light soya sauce, ginger and chilli, Cod Michelle steamed with dark soya sauce, garlic and chilli and Sole Steve fileted and toasted with Italian herbs.
What was the problem again? They're all good eating?

And the end of the day Salmon and Haddock are different fish species and wouldn't breed with each other.
So don't try to pull wool over my eyes.

I do think of the children. They won't be lonely anymore...they can join their parents, in my stomach. There's plenty of room =)

Are you going to be the one to tell the kids they're adopted then?

Flounders and soles live on the ocean bed, Cod and Haddock do not live on the ocean floor. So they'd have issues even being close to each other since they live in different habitats.
And hey, that's a bit of a low blow since you're talking about European/American fish species and my study of fish is generally on how to cook them and not where they live.
I'm very sure Hi could give a better, more scientific explanation on why you wouldn't get a Haddock, a cod, a sole and a flounder living together.

Adult cod are active hunters, feeding on sand eels, whiting, haddock, small cod, squid, crabs, lobsters, mussels, worms, mackerel, and molluscs.
Cod eat Haddock, so you wouldn't be able to have a happy family in the first place. Nature did the separation, not me. If you have any issues, take it up with her.

I would love to sleep right now, but my boss might not approve of me doing that. I should get some sleep after work tonight.
