One of the more convincing arguments for vegetarianism is stated here, where they talk about feed conversion ratios. Basically on the same plot of land you could feed more people growing soya beans then raising cattle. And since land is a limited resource...the more cattle you're raising means you can feed less people over the same land.
When it comes to animals, aquaculture and poultry rearing are the most efficient, but still not as efficient as just eating the plants themselves.
Of course, there is the counter argument that certain lands are only good for raising cattle and are totally useless for growing soyabeans...
And the world goes by supply and demand. Want to save all those rhinos? If you stop buying rhino horn products, the poachers will realize it isn't profitable, so they'll stop poaching rhinos.

Well apparently millennials are killing the jewelry industry so We are technically doing our part to save the rhinos by not buying the ivory.

Also the fact that meat is delicious and soybeans are not.

soy drink is delicious.
As long as you shake it first.
And are not allergic.

A BMI value of 23 and above indicates that your weight is outside of the healthy weight range for your height.
Mine is about 24...
I did manage to get to 120 lbs before, and probably 120 lbs is more realistic.
I also do know that these days a good part of me is muscle which weighs more then fats...
Thanks though, Kjeldorn =)
As a national team member on an internationally-ranked collegiate tae kwon do team, working out 22 hours a week including at least 10 hours of full-contact sparring, you couldn't "pinch a centimeter" anywhere on my body, much less an inch. We didn't have fat percentage calculators back then, but from pictures and memory it had to be well under 8%.
But my BMI was 25, putting me squarely into the "overweight" category.
You DO realize that was 30 years ago, right? What were you, 7? I bet you had an even lower BMI and fat percentage...

If you're big, you're naturally scary. Me? I look so approachable that everyone asks me for directions/donations etc.The worst thing is I have no sense of direction. I would rather tell people I am clueless then give them the wrong directions.
I always "learn from people who do", so, always being too hot at Disneyland I looked at what the employees wore, and started wearing light khaki slacks, a polo shirt, and a hat. It's very comfortable, but now everyone assumes I'm an employee and asks me for directions. So I carry extra maps and direct them to NobodysWife, honorary "Disneyland Sherpa" who knows where everything is.

Scint, Open Control Panel, click System and Maintenance, click Windows Update, go to Change Settings. From there, you can change the time that updates are installed, say, 8:00 PM. When you leave for the day, leave the computer on but turn the monitor off. This won't help you right now, but it'll save you the aggravation later.
