W00t!
SUPER AWESOME KINGMAKER THING!
Huzzah!
So we finally confronted Ilthuliak the famous black dragon - my character (we've gotten it down to a single-player game by this point) was in dragon form, as you do, to confront the dragon.
She was very polite and welcoming, and I noticed a fine mesh - a beautiful array of glittering jewels held together by thin chains all across her body - non-magical, except for normal "strengthening" wards.
After some chit-chat, my character was permitted to land, at which point the GM, burst into song (complete with altered lyrics and a music-only version she found from who-knows-where) as an awesome cut-scene! XD
SO DAGGUM COOL!

WTF?REALLY common. Growth spurt = clumsy.
I had all kinds of fun with my friends with that one. As I never had one, and they all did.
It was your black manliness getting in the way.
Ooooooh.... that came out WAY wrong! Ah well, posted now. Nothing I can do about it. It's not like they have "Edit" or "Delete" buttons...
I trip over both regularly.

Even though i've never seen Cowboy Star even I can tell Firefly rips it off.
Seriously, if you close your eyes and imagine it all as anime you can almost see where Whedon filed off the serial numbers.
And outside of Wash and the lady who got gut shot when Captain a~$@#&! confronted Mister Red Herring in a suit I can honestly say I hope everyone dies.

We recommend taking bigger steps when you walk, and moving to Hollywood to be a (adult film) star.

As one raised in the religious south, can confirm that it was a thing. Fortunately, my parents always taught me to think things through - even if they taught me something, they wanted me to read the scripture to make sure it held up. I never found, "Thou shalt not play pretend with your friends." anywhere. Which is good as we'd all have gotten in trooouuuble if it were...
Uh, this part was supposed to be in response to lisamarlene's thing of D&D=the devil or whatever. I should sleep more...

I was worried (or paranoid if you prefer) that our dog had fleas again, so i've been carefully watching him. Because it's also the time of year for us to get invited to backyard barbecues our dog is gassier then usual, and because of my cautious (paranoid) watching I noticed that when he farts he looks up wondering what the sound was and then suspiciously smells his own butt (or as it's commonly referred to in Europe "Futball" or "Arse").
The more you know! (but didn't want to).

Fleas, ticks and bedbugs are unpleasant. I wonder how they keep being a thorn in our side.
The same way mosquitoes do.
I wonder if we can kill those three off the same way, and if it would have a negative environmental impact (it seems that apparently most researchers agree that killing off all the mosquitoes will not have a negative environmental impact, but I find that questionable - not that I say it's false, but rather than it seems surprisingly certain considering it's difficult to even guess at a world without them).
