I can do both!

I was a Foreman/Overlord before working at the toy store.

In fact i hold the record for most college students kept focused enough on a Saturday to get a job done.

Great idea Jeff! Bring it out!

I thought I set the record for fastest misplacement of a reshop cart.

But, it turns out I never even had it in the first place!

So I now I hold the record for the most time spent looking for a nonexistent misplaced reshop cart.

If records were kept of such things.

I think that should be sufficient information.

Not my best day ever...:
So I'm having kind of a busy week since we're heading on vacation next week. It's an extra super special vacation that we've been planning for two years. We're going to Paris and London. Very excited. But of course there's a lot that has to be done ahead of time. So the kidlet is still having trouble with his hurt knee and we had to pick up his glasses because of last week's snafu where they weren't ready because they were the wrong lenses. So today I had an evening doctor's appointment for the kiddo and we decided to go and pick up the glasses early afternoon. It's not a short drive. It takes about an hour in heavy traffic over multiple highways. It's basically a total nightmare. So we were almost to the eye doctor's when we stopped at a light and the guy behind us didn't. So what was an easy schedule turned into a nightmare as we had to stop and check damage and make a police report and call the insurance agent, etc. The back bumper is a wreck, but thankfully the car was not damaged worse and was drivable. But the kidlet and I both got some nasty whiplash. I actually have a bump on the back of my head from how hard my head slammed into the headrest. So add in emergency chiropractor visits and somehow figuring out how to get my car into the shop in the middle of all the other stuff I have to do onto my week. Yay. And after that we still had to pick up the glasses and drive an hour back home except now thanks to the delay in rush hour traffic. The chiropractor kindly stayed late for us to get us in right away because he's awesome like that. I've been a patient there for twenty years, which is a freaky thought, and I originally started going there because of whip lash from a car accident in which I was a passenger. Anyhow, we went straight from there to the doctor's office for the kidlet's appointment. That was at least something of a bright spot. We got a doctor who really understands joints very well and he was quite thorough in making sure there was nothing serious wrong. The bad news is that it will probably be in pain for quite some time. The good news is that there is nothing seriously wrong and it will eventually heal. So that's something. And then we finally made it home and had dinner and I was so hungry that I ate too much and now I feel quite sick to my stomach as a result. But it was taco night and they were yummy. Even if now my stomach is like, no, that was too many tacos, we don't have room for that many tacos. Ugh. So yeah, all of that. And now I have to get up super early tomorrow because All the Appointments! Meanwhile, I just want to sleep for like a week.....

Weird things we ask our kids to do.

"Can you draw your mother, in a long skirt with outstretched arms, as a Muppet" - Myself to Pea Bear.

So bored tonight I briefly thought about starting a thread entitled
Why is the fighter so OP? Then I realized it would shift my alignment and I would loss all my paladin powers.

Sounds like a good way to get a thread locked.

Hey Vidmaster7, if you're that bored, why don't you draw the General in a long skirt with arms outstretched, as a Muppet? Then sell said drawing to Pea Bear so she doesn't have to do it.

I ... I wouldn't even know where to begin. plus capt would know it wasn't hers. my drawing is horrible. (I don't know how old this pea bear is but unless shes has yet to develop fine motor skills he is probably better artist then me.)

I suppose you could start the way Jack Nicholson said he wrote women in As Good as it Gets. "I think of a man. Then I take away reason, and accountability."

Not sure how you're going to draw that, regardless of skill, but maybe it will help.

Well, considering Vidmaster7's professed lack of skill, one can assume it would be very cheap.

So many good lines in that movie.

ALL her money is being saved, the last time she saved ALL her money she bought a dog.

Besides, deals were made, I get Starfinder, the kids can save up for mermaid tails (Tiny T-Rex is also very excited to be a Merman).

I think the only lines I remember are that one and "You make want to be a better man." Of course, I don't think I've seen it since it was in theaters, so that could be why.

I do remember the "sell crazy" one now that you mention it. I don't recall the other, but I like it.

You could also start with this picture. Now, just make it look like the General as a Muppet.

I've done like half the work for you.

So I'm working on the characters my friends will use for my Demon Hunters one-shot, and I'm pretty happy with the Concept Aspect for the team leader: "Rainbow-maned, gung-ho, herder of cats".

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Also, one of the characters is named "Josephus Vaxille Keetar Samaritan Orpheum Longshanks the 5th".

Edit: His Trouble Aspect is "Everyone is a Test Subject."
