Another amusing story - yesterday at lunch we got the boy a plate of fried catfish and french fries, something that always comes with a slice of lemon.

The boy picked up the lemon and licked it. The look on his face was priceless....

He never licked lemon before?

Taig,

how is your daugthers visit over here ?

does she like it, what has she done/seen so far ?

Rachel is enjoying her visit so far. She says she hasn't been speaking much German, but I hope that will improve the further on she goes.

She's spent a lot of time in Kassel, and last weekend her host family took her to Hamburg. She's really enjoying the food over there and likes to show it off to us when she gets the chance. :)

Scarab Sages

All right, gotta go handle the princess. Later, peeps.

I love that. My son did the same thing.

My daughter liked lemon, so she never made that face. Either that, or she didn't want to show signs of weakness.

Lawsuit!

You just need to tell everyone in court how it felt to spill coffee on your, uh, parts.

The person responsible for heating the coffee too much will answer!

Oh, wait... Isn't AZ making his own coffee?

Er, blame the manufacturer of the coffee maker?

What would this lose if created from a unicorn whose horn had been stolen after death?

Spoiler:
Technically, it loses the gore attack and the subsequent energy drain. However, giving it an incorporeal/phantom horn which deals its damage as an incorporeal touch attack would be diabolical.

We leave this evening for John's and then my respective family get-togethers. I should be packing right now. I am finding that I am not in a packing mood.

I hope the trip goes well and you have fun. I'm sorry for the packing being a pain.

the lil' Dwarfling was a real trooper today,

1.
he was very good in baby swimming and we where promoted from tadpole group to starfishy group
(where the slightly bigger kids play)

2.
we went to the shopping mall with him, he sleept in the car,was awake and happy while his mum shopped through 3 shoe shops,
then fell asleep again and gave us the opportunity to go and eat sushi ( Sabine's first sushi since we found out she was pregnant)

3.
slept on drive back and awoke happy in time to play with my dad

4.
happily watched Brasil vs Chile with me

5.
went to bed without much ado

6.
sleeps since

Aeglos, he sounds like he was utterly adorable today! And he accomplished so much.

Listen, Dad, we need to talk. You're starting to collect too many pets from Iomrall's leftovers. The neighbors are getting suspicious.

And this one smells bad. Really bad.

Here, why don't you go bother Senkaku again for the next century or so?

Property values are down, we're getting bad reviews on the noteboard at the World Serpent, and I think most of all, our complaints department is not 99% full of "Errol did something again".

What's he done this time?

Oh, and of course, Lilith...not to mention the constant hijinks of your...I really don't know the proper term here. What exactly is your relationship with the Trickster seeing as he could technically be seen as the father of your new race as well as that of your children...

My head hurts. I'm going back to nice simple calculus.

I'm actually working on a handful of variants of Taig's work - a mythic version of his loup corvus and a couple others. I'll send them his way once they're done =)

Also good to see you again, been a while =D

Going to get back into item making. I still have my list of items from before!

And, one quick question...

Does anyone know where I could find a good psychiatrist who specializes in roleplayers? It's not for me, but for someone else.

See, the regular GM has to head out town for business. He did find us a temporary replacement. The temporary replacement is younger than us, a wannabe PFS GM, and wants us to make PFS-legal characters and run through an AP.

We typically don't do things as heinously cruel as force new members to GM for us until they're used to us (or so mentally-scarred they can no longer be damaged), so I have to wonder what this guy did to tick off our current GM. I mean, that's kinda edging close to violating the Geneva Convention.

So, anyway, after we break him, he's probably going to need psychiatric care.

Monopoly brings out the evil in all of us.

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Happy Sunday!! For now at least. I've got to drive back to Houston today. So that could make it a not-so-happy Sunday - in part because I'm leaving the wife and kidlets here for a week, but also because 5-6 hours in a car is never really fun for me.

And, next Thursday or Friday (depending on work), I get to drive back and pick them up.

Scarab Sages

And now I have to go make biscuit shapes for the boy. Later.

It's the same reason I avoid MMOs.

If he survives with enough of his sanity intact, sure!
