Being a hater of thousand island dressing (or whatever that sauce is - had it once, eugh! that was enough for me) and onions, animal style of any sort is out for me. Bluh.
Five Guys is better, but only by a small margin. Eating at either place is about the same price for our family.
Never been there. There's one down by the mall, but never really felt like driving by.
Has anyone tried Logan's Steakhouse? They're pretty good, for a cheap steakhouse. Just can't get them to understand the word "plain" where steakburgers are concerned.
I like Logan's, there was one where I lived in Phoenix and there's one here in Chatt. Pretty good place, and yeah not too expensive.

...I've never been to Five Guys. There's one in town, but I've not been. I told you to get some Jimmy John's, though.

Assuming I'm speeding the entire time, don't rest at all, and see no traffic, stop lights, or toll booths.Quite a ways away for me as well. Nearest one is in far-north Virginia. My family is heading to WEST Virginia today, but I'm not going with.
That said, I am not an amazingly huge chicken fan; I tend to prefer beef or steak. Given a choice of places to go if I'm going to pay to have someone else fix food for me, I'll go for Italian, Mexican, or Indian first (though I have to admit, tandoori chicken is really good). The Asian places I really like tend to be hibachi type places, or places like Pei Wei or P.F. Chang's.
When I checked my local restaurant guide, it said the nearest BonChon is in New York. That's not a short drive from here.
I tend to go for Chinese or burgers. Too many places make overly greasy chicken, Mexican, Indian, or otherwise.
this is proof you must visit. CH and I and more importantly, bonchon, are waiting.

Of course, two of the players in my PF group drive an hour to Binghamton, NY to get Sonic before every game, so what do I know.
SONIC RULES!!!!!!

Five Guys is good, though expensive, and not quite as good as In-N-Out. Jimmy John's got me through college. It's cheap as f&@#, tastes pretty good, and they sell all their day-old bread for 50 cents a loaf.

Sonic is okay. Usually get a coney there rather than a hamburger though.

If I want to eat greasy diner food in my car, I'll go to Stewart's, thank you very much.

Speaking of, reminds me of the short while where I was getting stick from the lads about calling them shades. Sounded too much like the "cool" people in Hollywood movies, apparently. :P Been a while since I had a good razzing, now that I think about it. I may drop it again, just to get some smiles. There's always room for more smiles.

Boardgames tonight! Looking forward to it. A bit messy, I invited a limited number of people Saturday, but people kept cancelling, so I invited more to replace them. Then I had to reschedule to Monday, and now everyone is coming. :P Ah well, just gotta hit up the folk with larger boardgame selections. That or break the group into two games, but that'd feel weird.

We got McDonald's, Burger King, and KFC in Ireland. Well, and Supermacs, but I'm pretty sure that's an exclusively Irish chain. Not sure if any of those other chains though. I've had Five Guys and Applebee's while I was in the States, but not Sonic or Jimmy Johns. I'll stick with BK for now, nice balance between affordability and tasty. Not that I eat take out burgers often.

Steam Summer Sale! Woo! \o/ Not many games that I don't already own, or that are appealing enough to overcome my current backlog, though I have made a couple purchases.

It's not too weird, on our regular Friday night boardgames, we have 2-3 on the go. It does help that the host has a few hundred to choose from, with the biggest problem being getting people to choose. Which ends up with me choosing and thus me winning the games ...bwahahahahha

Mayhaps I am just being fussy then. There will be 8 of us friends together, and if we split into two groups, we'll need to go into two separate rooms in the house, for space reason. Need bigger tables. :P And that is why I dislike playing competitive boardgames that one person is experienced at, and everyone else is new. The conclusion is practically foregone. :P

Well it's not that I'm more experienced at games, I just pick ones I like (& thus tend to be good at like Speicherstadt or Sumeria). But yeah the need to split up is annoying. Of course there are a few 8 player games (like Formula D) but the # of players considerably increases the time the game takes.
