Yup. But it should be remembered that in Polish j is longer i like y in yacht or yeti.

I always wanted a yeti....

But I better put clothes on before I go looking for one. It's cold up in them mountains.

Scarab Sages

I see trees so green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you.
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see skies so blue and clouds so white.
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night.
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
are also on the faces of people going by.

I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do.
They're really saying I love you.

I hear babies crying, I watch them grow.
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know.

And I think to myself what a wonderful world.
Yes I think to myself what a wonderful world

Well today sucks! I hit a deer. I'm ok but my car is probably totaled. One month after I put a new front and back bumper on the car and had it repainted. :S

Augh! Tell us you at least got some free venison out of the deal. =/ Lousy consolation prize but at least you aren't walking home empty-handed.

RPG Superstar 2012

Sorry to hear that, Tordek. :(

I truly hated that movie. I'll never forgive myself for seeing it.

I got the RiffTrax commentary track so I could rewatch the movie as it was meant to be watched.

I too was extremely unhappy that I went to the theater to see the stupid movie.

Cold is not likely to become an issue for me, thank you.

There were no changes, but the RiffTrax crew mocked the movie pretty thoroughly.

as soon as I saw john leguizamo was in it, I knew I was doomed. Poor man is the kiss of death. Good actor but horrible agent.

"Sympathise with me, indeed! Ah, no! Cast your sympathy on the chill waves of troubled waters; fling it on the oases of futurity; dash it against the rock of gossip; or, better still, allow it to remain within the false and faithless bosom of buried scorn," Such were a few remarks of Irene as she paced the beach of limited freedom, alone and unprotected. Sympathy can wound the breast of trodden patience,— it hath no rival to insure the feelings we possess, save that of sorrow.

--from the opening of Irene Iddesleigh by Amanda McKittrick Ros

"Could a king, a prince, a duke – nay, even one of those ubiquitous invisibles who, we are led to believe, accompanies us when thinking, speaking, or acting – could even this sinless atom refrain from tainting its spotless gear with the wish of a human heart, as those grey eyes looked in bashful tenderness into the glittering jet revolvers that reflected their sparkling lustre from nave to circumference, casting a deepened brightness over the whole features of an innocent girl, and expressing, in invisible silence, the thoughts, nay, even the wish, of a fleshy triangle whose base had been bitten by order of the Bodiless Thinker."

Excellent! Leave it to the Germans to make a holiday celebrating German Beers.

+1 positive waves wishing I was in Deutschland right now.

Just need the cheese, braunschweiger, und apple strudel and I would be set.

Rainish and headacheish afternoon. I don't even want to go shop for something to eat...

My friend is probably still in Germany now on some conference or scientific trip... If the "scientific" label can be applied to psychology, that is. *malicious grin*

"A’ shall answer it. Some pigeons, Davy, a couple of short-legged hens, a joint of mutton, and any pretty little tiny kickshaws, tell William cook."

Dude! Sucks! :(

It's all those Houston drivers. They all suck at driving.

Except me.

Glad you weren't hurt, TR. Did you at least get some venison in exchange?

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm currently in Alto, TX waiting for Enterprise to find an available car. Hopefully, someone will turn one in this afternoon. I don't know what happened to the deer.

Damn, dude. That sucks ass. Glad you weren't hurt. I've seen the kind of damage deer can do to a car.

Now a zombie deer stalks the roads of Texas...

Good you are ok, those beasts can rip a car apart just to get to a juice flesh inside...

What the heck? Tomorrow's the third French class I've been scheduled for this week.

I wrote my resignation paper. Study tonight, test tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Oh la la! C'est un dommage?

And bummer on the car Tordek. On the bright side, it could have been moose.

Or maybe not, can't say I've heard about any Texas moose. But you never know.

I don't think they actually have moose down in Texas. Not that it matters. Since everything is bigger in Texas, the deer are probably the same size as the moose.
