Editorial sense tingling... :P

Damage Reduction: I assume that DR 10/magic and unaligned means that the weapon cannot have chaotic, evil, good or lawful traits. I think it would be good to make special ability entry to make that clear as it is non-standard DR.

A few minor things:
- regular Pathfinder notation for telepathy does not use brackets for its range so it should be Languages ...; telepathy 120 feet.
- Spell-like abilities lack (CL xxth). [I looked through some bestiary entries, even creatures that have CL equal to their HD, like bearded devil, marid or shaitan have CL listed).
- Planar strike allows Fortitude saving throw for half damage. With rules as currently written it won't affect undeads and constructs because they are explicitly immune to effects that allow Fortitude save that do not state they affect objects. I wonder if it is deliberate choice or incidental.

Summon relativity salmon: Range should be either close or 30 feet but it can't be both at the same time* - close spell range is already defined as 25 feet plus 5 feet per two levels.

** spoiler omitted **

Yes Taig, you can take retribution on me for that while editing my beasties... :P

Also, I love plane-hopping monsters :D

Fixed, and I just made a couple of changes to your monsters. You should still recognize them when you see them in Wayfinder. :P

Eh, it was my own darned fault. Outright moved when I should've just taken a five-foot, got badly critted...and went from full to negative in a single round.

And now I know that reach is bad.

Having a Gargantuan critter with Snatch is generally bad for that. Nom nom nom.

Arrrrgggggghhhhh, Blogger!

Now it's finally fixed.

Got my swimming in today made it a full 40 min. Today's agenda buy a new pair of trunks, the ones I'm wearing are too big and want to come off while I swim. And buy a new pair of pants.

Ever since I learned that it is one molecule away from plastic, is black when manufactured and the yellow coloring is added later, and that if you leave it outside even the bugs won't touch it, I just, don't, eat it.

Butter for the win!

Annnnd,... reach is bad, very bad, (unless YOUR pc is the one with reach!) :)

???

Made margarine in lab before. It's clear. Also one molecule of diff is huge. And tell that to the ants that ate a stick of margarine off my butter dish on my counter last summer. Blech. Margarine is just partially hydrogenated veg oil. A great alternative for those of us with lactose issues.

Agh. Second weekend in a row that there's a hundred plus new posts in game. Weekends are supposed to be slow. Sigh. Well at least this week it's just lots of info to wade through. No huge issues to sort out and guidelines on PvP look to have been followed. It's just hard to make sure I don't miss anything from interactions I was in the middle of.

And now to stop being lazy and actually go do stuff....maybe.

That's cool. The special I saw on TV (Science channel maybe?) showed margarine being mass produced and it was shiny black. looked like used engine oil. :P

And true, one molecule is huge, but also,... not. To me it's just the thought that ONE little change, and your eating plastic. :/

Hm, I wonder, is ALL margarine made from hydrogenated veg oil? Or maybe the black part was the stuff they made and mixed with the veg oil?
Hm, now I have to go and fact check myself. Again. ;P

I know a guy who left a tub of margarine outside (in his garage, didn't want dirt blowing in it to ruin the test) to see if any bugs would flock to food, like bugs usually do if you leave food or a trash bag outside? He had flies and ants in his trash, but none went near the margarine. ;)

(Grant you, I have no proof, just his story, but still) ;)

Maybe you just had REALLY hungry ants? :)

Good luck on getting stuff done. I hope to actually accomplish something myself today.
Not likely, but I am the eternal optimist! :)

(Actually. That's a lie. I'm not an optimist. But I hope that if I keep telling myself that, i'll eventually believe it. And then become it. It's a slow work in progress.)
:)

Day three into my suspension/exile.

I hate missing work, but I have new job prospects on the horizon. Just need to get through drug testing, the physical, and the day long class Monday.

On the brighter side of life, I have plenty to read. Paizo and the Post Office came through my two months of subscription

Nekkid Paizo reading commences at once.

How so? At least so far, I've had a delightful time with my editing.

Moving this discussion over to PIE so I don't piss anyone off.

Normally, this would be just another Darklight Sisterhood Sunday post. However, I got a belated GM Day present that gave me reason to squeal like a giddy little girl. Will post pics later.

I know that I b**~% about this stuff a lot, but it's really become a constant nagging worry recently. I'll be 27 this year, and I worry that I'm going to turn into Kurt Cobain.

I'm the same age now as my father was when I was born. By this stage of his life, he was married, had graduated college, and had been working for a paper company for five years with over two hundred grand in the bank. Right now, I'm two weeks away from a useless BFA, with no job prospects and no future.

Some of those are urban legends, but the conclusion is the same - butter is better for you. The oils in margarines and spreads tend to hydrogenate, which is not good for your metabolism and is believed to be carcinogenic.

Put me in the butter column.

And I can see how the speads would be a good choice for those with lactose concerns.

The thing that tends to make us the most miserable is the image in our head of what our lives are supposed to be. Don't compare yourself to your father, Kurt Cobain, or anybody else. Your life is going to be different than theirs, and things will happen in their own time.

Also, I know that you worked your ass off for that degree. Having it will affect your life in ways you may not even realize. It's an accomplishment, and once you have done it, no one can take that away from you.

I went to the eye doctor today. Hadn't been in years. I can't wait to get my new glasses.

And I am glad the eyedrops have worn off, because having my pupils dilated was very irritating.

Silver Crusade

I had a whirlwind finish to my last day of work at the old job yesterday. It was tiring, but I am glad that I tied up everything that I was working on. I also got lots of positive feedback from my clients who (for some reason) like working with me.

Monday I start in Manhattan. New jobs are always a little bit scary. You do your best to make sure they are good people and it is a good environment, but you never know for sure until you are there.

John left for work early this morning. When I came down, I noticed that one of my cookbooks was out (not where I had left it) and open to the chapter on grilling. I think he is trying to tell me something.

Finally got BBC America added to the monthly cable allotment. Now I can catch up on my missing episodes of Doctor Who.

I'm glad that British television has a shorter production season than its American counter-parts.

Anyone know where I can find Angelic templates for the Pathfinder RPG. Any and all books will be used.

Hello there Dave, I am six years older than you. Gaius Julius Ceasar was one year less my age when he whined that he hadn't done anything great yet while Alexander the Great at the same was already ruling a greatest empire of his times.

Me? I have no degree, little chance of getting a degree due to education reform that made my high school diploma worth zero points when applying to an university, with no job prospects, no job experience. Also, my artistic skills start and finish at writing... You at least have some job experience, can draw and play.

My greatest success in life up till now was being contacted by a small independent publisher asking for permission to use my homebrewed class, here on forum. My second greatest success is getting my submissions accepted by certain fanzine for third issue in a row.

Back from friend's birthday party. I had a grilled sausage and a bit of grilled pork. Yum-yum. There was also sushi, some salad, some cake, some cherry vodka and board games... The land of Catan was settled by Drejks that pushed out some lousy trespassers!

Hmmmm... I see sun shining in my window. I think it's time to go to sleep.
