Cape Cod has no good rocks, mostly sand. You can find some good ones in New Hampshire. There is a strata of pink quartz just over the bridge that is the remnant of an ancient Mini-Australian type subcontinent slamming into the Eastrn Seaboard. The mountains are just worn hills now, but its interesting to think there was a Himalsyan-type formation in the Biston area sometime deep in the Silurian.

My wife is actually doing a deconstruction of the dish. She'll be ditching the potato and the biscuit crust. Then she'll make French fries and use the innards of the deconstructed chicken pie as an ersatz poutine poured on top
