Why would they hate me?

There's a joke about Mountain Dew tasting like urine.

The hammer-on-anvil action in my head is making it difficult to convey humor well. :)

Family outing today. Sister hasn't seen Avengers yet and it's in the dollar theatre.

Friggen exhausted. Only made about 1/4 of the actual ride before our Chapter President's bike had a break down. We all pulled off and went to get a trailer to get him home. Still got a decent amount of riding in. About 140 miles.

Ha! Mikes are okay. Especially badger Mikes.

But his name is John. I see how much FHDM pays attention to me...

(Messing with you Freehold. I can admit I don't remember your wife's name so it's all good.)

It's funny - i remembered his name was John not long after making the post, but I left it up anyway to let my hate flag fly.

Finally, we have watched The Avengers.

"There is only one god and I am fairly sure he doesn't dress like that." - Captain America

"Puny God" - The Hulk

I also like how they walked off the magician with a gag and his hands locked up.

DSX does a little dance.

*yawn*

Just waking up. Yesterday was our last trip to renn faire for the season. It was fun. We took a more relaxed pace and enjoyed the shows. And I found a new favorite band. :)
Then we ran a couple of errands at the mall and went to dinner. No surprise that being dressed as a gypsy gets some pretty strange looks outside of renn. :)
And today will be a lot less fun since it's laundry, housework, and homework day. But at least I get to enjoy nice, cool weather.

Watched a formula 1 race this morning been up since 4:30. And then just did a big update on my play by post and got one of the half orcs down to zero hp. The ragechemist is pretty crazy strong but has to make will saves if I hit him.

That sounds tons of fun!

Yesterday, not today. And great music is always super. I didn't know Renn-fairs had seasons, but then I've never been to one.

hi everyone

today we made a tour through the county to give out wedding invitatins to the family, most where not at home but I met an uncle I had not seein many years, he almost did not recognice me

now Live on tv: Trachten und Schützen Umzug from Oktoberfest, that is the
Traditional garb and shooting clubs parade

Listening to their new cds that we bought. Totally awesome. The band is called Tartanic. It's a bagpipe and drum band that sounds anything but traditional. :)

And renn happens once a year, and lasts for about a month and a half. By convention the time the fair is open each year is referred to as a season. I forget sometimes that not everyone knows the lingo. :)

Interesting. Is it traditional to deliver the invitations in person rather than just mailing them? Or is it just something you guys are doing?
