Can There Be Spaces? (Round 2)

Just curious but can we put spaces between the abilities of an archtype?

The example has no spaces, but in the book there are indents. We can't use indents on the board though because it ignores extra spaces. Without indents a 450 word archtype can look like a wall of text. So I guess my question is if it would be uncouth to use spaces instead of indents?

Not only would I not view it as uncouth, I'd view it as wise. Messageboard posts aren't nearly as kind to formatted text. Do what you can to make it look polished and presentable. Our eyes will thank you for it.

Thanks a lot, Neil. I was hoping you guys would feel this way. I know exactly how to format it for the book and it looks just fine with the indents I'm using in Google Docs. Without them and no spaces, it's kind of scary.

Drat. I wish I'd read this thread before submitting. The sample entry has no spaces or indents, so I submitted mine in the same format.

I'm not as old as Neil*, so readability with extra spaces isn't a big deal for me. As long as your abilities start on a new line and are boldfaced, I'm pretty happy. :)

* ZING!

...and therefore, not as wise.

Spoiler:

Smarter on some things...maaaaybe. But that's Intelligence, not Wisdom. I'll play the cleric while you play the wizard and we'll both craft wondrous items. ;-P

SO tempted to link the "Better than Neil" song from the Dr. Horrible commentary musical.... ;)

Thank you SOOOOO much for putting that in my head before I have to go and spend three hours with elementary school kids ;p NOT something I can share with them :)

I am sorry that I have to disagree, Sean and Neil, but Nathan Fillion trumps you both. :D
(But that is just my opinion)

I bet his sneak attack damage is higher, though.
