Everyone's time zones are gonna be pretty different. I wouldn't sweat it. I tend to post early in the days, anyway. (I'm in the Dallas, TX area myself)

I'm toying with the Idea of letting some Kn: Local Rolls provide some other details about your opp. IE" You check with some of the other Fighters, and find out Gladiator Bob is slow to react to attacks (low reflex save)" or "you over hear Gladiator Fred say he wishes he was a bit more hearty(low fort save)."

Stables?
Traditionally gladiators belonged to stables, I guess you could call it teams, though I'm not sure if that would a 100% correct explanation of it. Come to think of it, it would perhaps be closer to say that a stable was "owned" by a manager, probably like boxing is handled today, but now I'm guessing ;)

Assuming Galdyn is accepted I have a few questions:
Animal companion full HP?
Lance + Shield while mounted? If seen DM's go both ways on this one since the lance is listed under two handed weapons, but is a one handed weapon while mounted. I'm sure I'll have more later.
Always accepting new Gladiators, I wanna run this untill everyone gets bored.
I'd say yes, Full HP on the Companion, and yes lance + shield while mounted, however, Since a lance is a 2 handed weapon, you are using 1 handed(with Shield), you only get 1x your str bonus, not x1.5.
I have done a few small changes. I have switched my feat choice from Combat Expertise to Step Up. (Just think this suits my character concept better and is not related to the other character profiles posted -- otherwise I would have taken Improved Initiative like everyone else :)

I was thinking it might be fun if the gladiators not competing in the current match placed wagers on the fight, in the hall. The wagers would have to be with the character's leftover or earned income. Thoughts?

I fixed it before you posted, but after you saw my file. I was just too sleepy to have the common sense to respond. I think everything is fixed. When I fixed my name I noticed my bow had no attack bonus. Does that mean I get an infinite bonus?

yea thats fine, we'll always take more poeple, just understand its a Random Dar who gets to fight, So it may take a while for you to get picked. If the fights go fast, I'll pick more fighters mid-week. Or maybe run more that one fight at once.
Be submitted and approved before tomorrow morning, thats when i'm picking the first fighters for monday, if submitted tomorrow or after, you may have to wait a bit before you are approve and can be selected to fight.

2. Post from each Gladiator, giving Intro (something short, name, Class, home town/country), then rolling intitative.
3. I'll post the match has begun, who goes first.
4. Each fighter posts in order, IE no out of order posting. let the guy who goes first, post first. Don't read each other's spoilers.
5. I'll post a summary of the round, for both fighters to read, updated map.
6.Repeat steps 4-5 untill only one Gladiator stands.

Question: If the fight doesn't last a week (i'll assume at this lvl It might not) Do you want to have another fight right away, or keep doing 1 a week? Or do you want to see 2 fights a week, at the Sametime?
Well, I would prefer right away, since there would be quite big downtimes plus it takes alot of time for each of us to get a chance to pvp.
Just my opinion. Your well-being and ability to handle is more important here, so if you feel you are able, go ahead
Personally, i'd love to see more than one fight a week, but I want to respect your time, DM. Nothing will kill this thing faster than you getting burned out on it because you've got too much to do.

If you are up for it DM I think back to back matches would be a lot of fun. I think two at once might be a little confusing in the forum, but one after the other would be cool.
