Help me price a magic weapon (Ragnell)

Advice

I want to make Ragnell, the blade wielded by Ike from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn.
Ragnell is:
-A big two-handed sword, but may be weilded one handed
-Indestructible
-Can only be wielded by a single user
-Can send a shockwave to strike distant foes (At least shortbow range)

I want to use Karusetsu, the Cutting Light (Jade Regent vol.6) as a base:

-+3 nodachi that can, 3/day send a shockwave 60 feet functioning live a thrown weapon using the wielders highest attack bonus. On a hit it deals 4d6+3 force damage with a crit range of 18-20/x2. Creatures struck must make a dc 14 reflex save or be blinded for 1d4 rounds.

Price:67,500 Craft:33,930

Changes I want to make:
-Nodachi to Bastard sword (Minimal price change)
-4d6+3 force damage to Weapon damage (???)
-Crit range from 18-20/x2 to just x2 (-3000?)
-3/day to minimum 5/day preferably infinite (+ OVER 9000!?)
-Remove the blinding effect all together (-???)

The indestructibility and single wielder will be gotten from mythic power.

suggestions?

bump

nobody?

well lets see, i'd stat it as something like a +X holy adamantine bastard sword, with an X/day effect to cast magic missile/force punch/whatever-decent-force-spell-you-can-find.

cost would be a combo of a general +X equivalent weapon, and then the custom magic item cost for the X/day spell usage. then again its supposed to be a world-class artifact, so it should be given by plot, not simply purchased by filthy PCs who'll abandon it as soon as the next +X weapon comes along...

Yeah, I mainly want to price it to know WHEN to give it out (ish).

Depends on the +X mostly.

Just take the base enchant price and tack 12k or so onto it. Its for a home game so you dont need to worry as much.

To be honest, it's difficult to manage such an item. If we make it an Artifact, it has to have a destruction method. If we don't make it an Artifact, it can't really have the power it should have according to what it is in the game.

I made an attempt at Alondite, and I like how it turned out. I turned it into an Intelligent (mute) Artifact Greatsword (since it is actually supposed to be a Two-handed weapon, though apparently Ike and Black Knight can wield them in one hand). I provided the weapon properties to be similar to how they function in-game (Guardian property to simulate +5 AC you normally get from using it, Ghost Touch and Limning to simulate their divine power, and Impact to grant its increased base damage capabilities). I also turned its Intelligent Power into its ranged capabilities (Blade Beam property, functioning like an improved Whirling Blade spell from 3.X Spell Compendium).

As far as statting out the Ragnell, it'd obviously be very familiar (if not identical) to the Alondite sword, so using my stats is key. Of course, it is made of different material (looks like Elysian Bronze fits the ticket the best, though Fire-Forged Steel also works), and finding one to work as well as Alondite's special material (Adamantine is practically the best weapon special material in the game) will be nigh impossible without replication (which will be impossible to do without re-skinning Adamantine's statistics as a different colored material).

In addition, in relevance to the game as far as releasing it is concerned, Ike didn't really utilize Ragnell until he fought the Black Knight (towards the end of the game), and the game developers did this for a reason (even though Ike found and retrieved the weapon long before); because that weapon is easily the strongest in the entire game.

The same concept can be applied to your game; it's a really powerful weapon when we stick close to the capabilities it's shown to possess, and dulling it down makes it not really function as the Ragnell it should be. If you made it a Legacy item (which also wouldn't work since it requires you to be able to use it right away; this weapon you can't really, since Ike was too inexperienced to use it before when he grabbed it before he fought the Black Knight), it could be pulled off, although it's almost impossible to do so.
