What kind of adventures would you run in Korvosa after CotCT?

Also, how would the citizens of Korvosa refer to the events in CotCT?
That'd heavily depend on how the PCs interacted with the citizens during the campaign. Given the likelihood that the PCs acted as heroic rebels, the citizens would probably react with a mix of relief and fear tempered by hope that the PCs will help get the city back on its feet.
How many pages is the beyond the Inner Sea section of the new campaign setting going to be and has it gone through any major changes?

How many pages is the beyond the Inner Sea section of the new campaign setting going to be and has it gone through any major changes?
It's 8 pages long. The major changes include:
1) We added a map of the world of Golarion. This map was just previewed yesterday in the blog.
2) We moved the section about the planets and the solar system into this section, along with a map of the solar system.
3) We added an entry for Garund.
There's several smaller adjustments as well, but most of the adjustments followed the theme of those three above: additions rather than changes or subtractions.

Which brings an interesting question: does the gestation period of all the main PC races mirror that as of humans (i.e. 9 months)? Given that some of them have longer and/or shorter life spans, I wondered if that carried over to pregnancies. Not exactly something that one would normally be trifled with in a typical campaign, I figure...James,
Not sure if anyone has ever asked - since Golarion elves can transform into drow, can half-elves transform into half-drow?
Nope.
Only way to get a half-drow is to put a drow and a human in a room, turn on the Barry White, then come back in 9 months.

How would you fast stat a 20th level druid for a pseudo-impromptu combat? My main concerns here are:
Wildshape
Spell selection
CMB/CMD
HP
How I handled it:
Wildshape - Used the allosaurus from Bestiary 2, notated that the Druid in question had the Natural Spell feat.
Spell selection - I just kept a bookmark on the Druid spell selection, another on the Druid class progression and kept track of spell levels.
HP - I used an online die roller, entered 19d8+4 and applied my house rule of re-rolling all 1's.
I'm thinking that next time, I'll follow Mark Twain's advice and allow about 3 weeks for a good impromptu encounter.
If it's I before E except after C, why does Feint break this rule?? is because its such a sneaky word?

Do you like Ravenloft?
How would you run it under Pathfinder rules?
I like Ravenloft a lot, but I hate HATE how the adventures are so railroady and how the read-aloud text in them always assumes player character actions and dictates choices. Also, hate how the lords of Ravenloft are always treated as pet NPCs of the writers. It seems to me like it was designed to work better as a shared-world fiction universe for story writers than it was a campaign setting.
How would I run Ravenloft using Pathfinder Rules? Check out "Rule of Fear" and the Carrion Crown Adventure Path—that's how! :)

I would just run normal city-style adventures, honestly. Korvosa's had its Big Story by that point. New adventures set there should focus on other things; perhaps the Acadamae (for which we have an adventure coming out later this year, in fact)...

Would you pay $200 to stand outside Cowboy Stadium to watch the Super Bowl on television?
Nope. I wouldn't pay $2 for that. I actually wouldn't do that if someone PAID me $2. I might do it for $200, but probably not even then.
AKA: I'm not really interested in sports. They annoy me because they always go into overtime and then pre-emt the shows I do want to watch.

I've already ignored a LOT of silly questions on this thread. Most of them are lame "This or That?" questions, but others are just plain goofy and don't deserve a response. There's only been one or two questions on the thread so far that got close to being too personal, but they weren't bad enough for me to not answer. If someone DOES post one that's too personal, I'll just answer by saying something like, "None of your business."
Mass Effect is VERY good. I pretty much love EVERY game Bioware makes. The latest dlc for Mass Effect 2, "Lair of the Shadowbroker," was actually really cool too.
Biggest waste of time I can think of right now is arguing over what the best optimized build for any specific character class is. Who cares? Play the character that's fun to you!
Self-respect, I think, is more important than self-confidence.

1) Frustration.
2) If they are so stubborn that they simply can't accept that other people have different opinions and keep crusading to try to make them change their opinions to match their own... I would say cut them loose from your circle of friends. That type of personality isn't worth hanging around.

Has Areshkagal lost at least two different Abyssal realms in the Pathfinder Setting?
1) Kurnugia to Lamashtu (Lords of Chaos, page 7, although the text indicates that there are denials as to the veracity of this story)?
2) The Sea of Whispering Sands to Aldinach (Lords of Chaos, pages 10 and 12)?
Yup. Areshkagal's sort of a sad-sack demon lord when it comes to getting kicked out of her realms.

If I had time, I'd grab stats for a 20th level druid from an existing adventure. If, instead, I needed the battle for a sudden last-minute encounter, I'd just use the generic stats from the line for CR 20 from Table 1–1 in Appendix 1 of the Bestiary for hp, attacks, saves, and all that, and then just pick high level druid spells from the core book for the druid to cast until the PCs defeat it.

I know you aren't keen on adding more monsters to the Summon Monster lists (except via the deities articles in the Adventure Paths). Unfortunately that leaves Conjurers and Summoners high and dry in regards to expanded lists.
Would feats be a good way of handling expanded summon lists - for example a summoner that works to draw forth Cthonic monsters from beyond the realms of mortal sanity would gain a list of aberrations they could add to their summon monster list?
Are we ever likely to see something akin to 3.5's Pseudonatural template?

Feats would be an excellent way to adjust or expand a summon monster list. So would archetypes. So, frankly, would entirely new spells. A spell like "summon daemon" would be a cool way to get daemons onto the lists, for example.
I'm actually not a huge fan of the pseudonatural template. The point of the "things from beyond" is that they should be NEW and WEIRD, not just griffons with tentacles or ogres with extra eyes. A lot of folks are tired of there being too many prestige classes... I'm kind of like that with templates.

I'm trying to work out some genealogy/relationships here, and have further questions pertaining to Aldinach and Areshkagal:
The Aldinach entry in Lords of Chaos on page 10 refers to Areshkagal as being Aldinach's 'sister'. The Areshkagal entry in Lords of Chaos on page 12 refers to Aldinach as being Areshkagal's 'half-sister'. Am I correct in thinking that the 'sister' in the Aldinach entry was in fact shorthand for 'half-sister' and that that (half-sisters) is the actual 'blood' relationship between the two?
The Aldinach entry on page 10 also says 'Aldinach is one of Lamashtu's daughters, although since Lamashtu's ascension to divinity, the two have not associated overmuch.' Is that correct?
If so, and Aldinach and Areshkagal are half-siblings is it their mother (Lamashtu) or some as yet unspecified father which they have in common?
And (on a humorous note) is Areshkagal paranoid that some day a daughter of Aldinach is going to come along and push her out of her current realm the Blood Clefts?
Yeah; sister is short for half-sister. I don't really make TOO huge of a distinction between the two; half-sister is more detailed, of course, because it implies more about the relationship, but that certainly doesn't mean just plain "sister" is wrong.
Aldinach is indeed Lamashtu's daughter. Whether or not Aldinach and Areshkagal share Lamashtu in common or an unnamed father in common is not yet revealed... although it's more likely that Lamashtu's their mom.

I would be tempted, but I would not; I haven't really played much play by post stuff and I doubt I'd be able to post often enough to keep things going. I'd be worried about losing track of things or holding things up when, invariably, work would kick in and I wouldn't be able to post (due to being too busy or too worn out of the game) for days at a time.

YES. Could Paizo put that in future rulebooks somewhere? Maybe then folks will actually play for what's fun instead of what's optimized for combat. Sometimes reading the forums and all the rules questions and optimization stuff is like watching the news: all you get is how horrible humanity is to each other and rarely how kind we are.
How come in the vending machines at my work all of the fragile, breakable foods like potato chips are stored at the top, so they break into dust when they fall, but all of the more durable foods like candy bars and gum at kept mere inches from the bottom?
Also, will the Paizocon banquet be vegetarian friendly?

I don't actually mind folks who play the optimizing game... the part that bugs me is the arguments about it and the folks who try to convince/force those of us who aren't into it to think we're wrong.
+1. My first intro back to rpgs after a near 20 year hiatus was 3.x. Virtually every game had at least one 20 minute "break" where the DM and one (or more) of the players got into rule minutiae. Ugh.
