Hi again :)
Following the Nocticula theme: will her sacred animal still be a bat? Or will there be two animals for a time?
Asking for anyone wanting a Redeemed style familiar/animal companion, or Bard Duettist, etc...
Also those wanting Improved familiars to fit the theme also, (say, how a CG character might angle for a lyriaken), what do you deem an appropriate match?

I heard that the Pathfinder Campaign Setting finally be given its name: Lost Omens Campaign Setting. But I thought it already has a name. Wasn't Golarion the name of the campaign setting, just like Forgotten Realms, Greyhawk and Eberron are the names of the campaign settings of D&D?
Golarion is the name of the planet. We've never really had a name for the setting; "Pathfinder Campaign Setting" is the closest we got, and that's a description, not a name.

Are any of the core 20 deities currently or have they ever been Outer Gods? (assuming outer god is phenotypical and not sociological)
I'm thinking specifically the oldest ones like Pharasma (ancient, inscrutable, and more powerful than even the other gods) and Desna (mysterious entity with an affinity for the Dark Tapestry whose shadow is also a god level entity (Desna/Black Butterfly v Yog-Sothoth/ Tawil at'Umr)

Which APs would you consider to be 'experimental', and why?
We've done dozens of them, and I don't have time to do a detailed analysis of the experimental ones. I can give a few quick examples though:
Iron Gods: Because it mixes science fiction with fantasy.
Jade Regent and Legacy of Fire: Because it has themes that focus on non-european fantasy.
Hell's Vengeance: Because it assumes the players are evil.
Skull & Shackles: Because it assumes the players want to be pirates, and because its spends a long time in a non-conventional location (on ships at sea).
Kingmaker: Because it has a strong sandbox element and incorporates a complex subsystem of kingdom building and management and warfare that deviates from the expectation of "kill monsters and take their things."
Strange Aeons or Carrion Crown: Because horror isn't for everyone.
Return of the Runelords: Because it's a sequel and has time travel.
Basically, the further away from the story it gets from "go into a dungeon and fight monsters from Bestiary 1", the more likely it is that it's getting experimental. Personally, I tend to be more interested in experimental ones these days, but that's because I've been gaming for decades. Not everyone is ready to jump into a game with cthulhus and lasers and ninja on day one.

It's been six years since the end of Wrath of the Righteous, so the crusaders would have cleansed the Worldwound of demonic taint, unless they are terribly lazy.

It's been six years since the end of Wrath of the Righteous, so the crusaders would have cleansed the Worldwound of demonic taint, unless they are terribly lazy.
The Worldwound is not going to be bustling with people. It's still a wrecked, post-apocalypic ruin... but now the demons are stranded there. In time, the land will hopefully recover, but that time will need heroes to go in and start working at killing off all the left-behind demons.

If someone could get Superman right for you, how would you do it?
By calling her Captain Marvel and portraying her the way Captain Marvel is portrayed. AKA: Give her a sort of cocky, self-assured attitude, ditch the entire concept of a secret identity, make her have interesting flaws that aren't based around made-up materials, and make her a woman. For starters.

We've not done much with duskwalkers yet at all—what's in Planar Adventures is pretty much the total of it in print so far. I suspect that the Tyrant's Grasp Adventure Path MIGHT have a few more tidbits in it, but I'm not directly involved in that one so I can't say for sure.
We'll get to detailing them more eventually, but at this point I don't have much more to say about them.

Have you pinned down who the Iconics will be for Age of Ashes? (I assume that your art order is already in, if not already back). Can you tell us who?
Yup; I made that choice nearly a year ago, in fact.
Valeros, Seoni, Merisiel, and Kyra. Sort of an ode to the fact that they were the first four we used in the very first Adventure Path.

Do you know of any place on these forums where I can find a collection of published hints that all pointed towards the Nocticula story arc from Magnimar through Return?
Would you be willing to offer a list of where all those breadcrumbs could be found?

How can it be? I mean, six year would be enough time to cleanse the land of demonic taint. They lost many powerful demons, they have no access to the Abyss now. It would be a child's play for the brave and strong crusaders to eliminate the leaderless, not powerful, not many demons of the Worldwound. Does that mean the crusaders are too weak, lazy, or inefficient to do their job?

There is no real-world analogue to establish how long a century of demonic influence would take to be expunged from a region, which means we get to make that number up. The amount of demons and other monsters that still dwell in the region is significant. It's no more child's play to restore this land than it would be for us to restore the land around Chernobyl to livable conditions... and it's probably a lot harder to do so since Chernobyl doesn't come with monsters that actively oppose any attempt to explore and restore it.
The demons that were defeated in the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Path are significant defeats, yes, but if you look through the Worldwound book, you'll see that a LOT more remains there to deal with.
Rise of the Runelords didn't see the total defeat of all goblins and giants in Varisia.
Iron Gods didn't remove all robots from Numeria.
There's still plenty of pirates around after Skull & Shackles.
And there's PLENTY of demons still in the Worldwound to fuel more adventures set there.
Once we transition over to 2nd edition in August, you'll have words to reference directly, but for now you'll just have to take MY words for it, I guess.

I'm running Burnt Offerings at last, and I expect my group to make an effort to redeem Nualia. What was her alignment before she became CE?
We've never said in print. If we had, it would have been chaotic good. That said, if she gets redeemed, her prior alignment doesn't matter so much as does the people and events and situations that bring about her redemption.

Why did Xanderghul think it was a wise course of action to send his cultists to attack “Sorshen” in Korvosa? I understand he’s incredibly vain, but he doesn’t direct any attacks against Alaznist. Which made me question what his rationale behind attacking Sorshen was.
He didn't send them; he's deliberately hiding out in his little dungeon and isn't trying to make a lot of waves. His cultists went on their own, pretty much.

How much input did you have into the design of Starfinder's setting? Obviously you weren't the Creative Director of it, but I'm curious how frequently people came to you with questions or thoughts on its development.
Pretty much zero input. The only input I had was whatever inspiration the Starfinder team took from Iron Gods (which I developed) or the Technology Guide (which I wrote most of). Today, Rob now and then comes by to chat with me about ideas for Starfinder, but when it was being created (and before Rob was the game's creative director) I was pretty much not consulted at all.
Which is fine. I've got plenty to do on the Pathfinder side of things. BUT... I would have at the very least liked to have suggested they mention Lovecraft in their recommended reading for the core rulebook, seeing as one of his creations is one of the core 20 deities of Starfinder... :-/

I'm sure I haven't read everything they've appeared in, so I'm having some trouble piecing together the family tree. I hope this can count as one question, although there are some specific parts of it. The question is, can you help fill in some of the family relationships, if they've been revealed somewhere?
Some of the main things that I haven't found answers to:
2. Lullaby is mentioned as being raised by Saul but actually being the daughter of his brother. Is that Damon, or is there another unnamed brother?
3. Any other Vancaskerkins out there that have been published?

I've figured out the Vancaskerkin family tree but haven't published it yet. It's ... complicated. But answering your three questions specifically...
2. Lullaby is the daughter of another brother of Saul's, NOT Damon. This is an unrevealed Vancaskerkin, whom we're calling "John Vancaskerkin" for now (aka John Doe).
3. Apart from Jane and John, yes, there are MANY other Vancaskerkins.
BONUS ROUND: The complicated part comes in with Jane Vancaskerkin. She originally was married to John Vancaskerkin, with whom she had Lullaby and at least one other son, but ended up leaving him for Saul at some point to have Verik and Orik before being replaced by Saul's third wife, Bertrida. Once Jane V. left John V., John V. hooked up with his own 2nd wife, and they had other Vancaskerkin children. It's these Vancaskerkins we'll be rolling out at some point in the future—the ones who are Saul's children are pretty much all out now—Natalya, Verik, and Orik.

Haven't seen that trailer. Ever since the trailer for the previous Thor movie kinda spoiled the movie and set up false expectations, I've pretty much stopped watching Marvel trailers. Or ANY trailer associated with Disney, who seems to be the worst at spoiling entire movies in their previews.
