There is a WHOLE lot I've added to and changed with all the sandboxes. I promised something like Elder Scrolls with an overplot but also the ability to do whatever. That required a lot of tinkering. I swear I've done more work with this path than I've done with my own custom worlds! But it's worth it. All my players are engaged and this is the best thing I've ever run.
In our game, we have Corin a Human male ranger from Cheliax and basically our leader of the group.
Corliss, a human cleric of Besmara, and all around nice guy.
Karia, half-elf bard from Varisia, she's nice and acts as a diplomat as well as our morale booster
And I'm playing Sizara, female wild elf barbarian. Yeah I know some may think, "What!? An elven barbarian? That's stupid!" But she's actually doing great as the party's heavy hitter/frontline warrior. I like playing unique characters.

Unfortunately, Gelik, Ishirou, and Sasha decided to betray the party at critical times in return for either wealth or a promotion in the clergy of the Red Mantis Assassins. Needless to say, it didn't end well for them.

Valden (Druid) Has 2 modes a) Buff his dinosaur animal companion into a killing machine or b) Wild shape and cast spells or buff himself into a slightly less dangerous killing machine
Toomba the sorcerer has the aberrant bloodline so has just gained long limbs/fortification/SR. His mage armour has been very useful. He does not cast it on himself often, monks wildshaped druids and Animal Companions like it a lot.

Chester A. Arthur - Female dwarf cleric of Keltheald 2
Gleep - Gelatinous cube 2 (previously Thornton Poer - Male halfling sorcerer (ghoul) 2)
Notmerlen Wyvernmane - Male dwarf slayer 2
It's been a bit since I updated. Athelstan and Notmerlen left the party to manage Athelstan's mining business, and Gleep died to Yarzoth's machinations. We also added another player. Then Gleep's replacement character died again quite recently.
We're in the 3rd part of Racing to Ruin, and the current roster is:
Bhekithemba Phila - Male human (Kalabuta) weapon master fighter 4/brawler 2 (Notmerlen's replacement). The party member you can most easily trust to save the team, because he has so many tricks trapped away in his fighting stick. Has had some problems with mind-controlling demons, though.
Chester A. Arthur - Female dwarve (Osiriani) cleric of Keltheald 3/elemental kin barbarian 3. Chester's player doesn't play much, but always brings a touch of fancy to our games.
Ilisa Khazdar - Female dwarve (Andoran) cleric of Cayden Cailean 7 (new player). Ilisa keeps everyone going with buffs and healing, and doesn't occupy the limelight.
Rebeca - Nonbinary wyrwood (Arcadian) master funchained summoner 6 (Gleep's replacement's replacement). Rebeca is a conquistador from Arcadia looking to learn from the "savage Chelish culture." She doesn't realize she's several hundred miles off from Cheliax proper.
Thunderchild Thrice-Locks-the-Heart - Female human (Osiriani) sorcerer (celestial) 6 (Athelstan's replacement). Thunderchild acts very unpredictably, at one moment fleecing a villager out of a priceless relic, at another moment giving away her worldly possessions to random strangers. Her main thing in combat is shooting damage spells at monsters.
