Is Zantus still at the podium?

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

Initiative
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11

went on a short vacation...

lynx, thing is laying on you, using its weight to keep you down.

calethes, you cannot see him. the area where the podium stood is filled with broken timber.

snafu.. THERES NO VACATIONS!!! LOL. ok. looks like you fall in the middle,

so,
lynx 21
calathes, 21
snafu 11
ugh 8
green 8
idrian 7

Calathes will look around for anyone/anything else out of place, and use another healing burst on the injured in the crowd.

Channel Energy:1d6 ⇒ 6

Perception:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

Snafu looks around to see if he can tell what is going on

"Ugh Snafu wait, we run look bad an get in tah troubles!"

Snafu calmly surveys the scene

perception
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21

"Who make big bada-boom? That who ugh kill." Ugh Stands ready for battle, scanning the crowd for enemies.

Perception 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

Lynx had his 2 short swords in both his hands when he got jumped so he stabs them into the creature's ribs.

Attack #1: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23; 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Attack #2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14; 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
If the creature is flatfooted and he should be since he has not acted yet, add 2d6 ⇒ (6, 2) = 8 sneak attack on each successful hit.

"I will always strive to write better" , 25 years gaming, 20 yrs DM

lynx, the creature isnt flat footed cuz it jumped onto you. so you dont get your sneak attack dmg. but you still did 11 pts to the thing.

calathes, am i to assume that your going around helping out the wounded?

snafu and ugh ugh, you both see a large green thing holding down a southerner dressed in desert garb. and then your attention is drawn to more of the creatures climbing out of the wagons.

idrian, from your position, your able to see the green skins hopping out as well.

ill post later tonight for green skin action.

That is correct, unless I saw something that is more of an immediate threat.

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

"Ugh green things coming out wagons after boom might be trouble."

"Ther issa nother green thing atop a man there we should help him maybe hes fer knowin whats goin on."

Fubar sets off at a run drawing his falchion on the way.....

I'll move toward the wagons firing off a shot at the green thing on top of the southerner.
Longbow 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25 add 2 if goblin
Damage 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 add 2 if goblin

Does moving over the tables hinder movement at all?

Ugh hastily moves towards the pinned southerner

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

"Ugh take slow careful watch back! Yous will get in time to help."

Fubar takes full run toward the green thing.

Spoiler:

Ugh would be vulnerable to SA if he runs, w/o the run feat!

Fubar will attempt to detect evil on the green thing as he goes...

I wasn't planning on running... Figured standard action was used by perception and I would use my move action to get within charging distance for next round... just not sure how close I can get if I go over the tables rather than arround

"I will always strive to write better" , 25 years gaming, 20 yrs DM

ok im back. sorry, past two days have been hectic here.

so, lots of action going on. instead of myself moving you, id like you all to look at the map, and tell me what square you want to move to, ie idrian, you say that you want to move to H26, and then ill make the move on the map. i can do the placement while you tell me where.

idrian, you can definitly tell that its not a goblin. your arrow hits the thing in the shoulder, and it seems to just really piss him off, as his gaze snaps onto you and cold eyes locks onto yours.

fubar, definitly evil.

send me the locations and lets start round 2

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

I will be running between tables b/e and c/f then headed in a straight line towards f33.

I will be going at a full run

Falchion ready!

I was going to note where I wanted to end up in my last post, but I did not know how to account for the crowd. I guess they've cleared out by now.
I wanted to end up at H,24 last round. From there, Idrian will move towards the chair filled area ending in H,30 and cast Shield (should have done this last round).
Can I make out what sort of creature it is?
Spell Failure 1d100 ⇒ 13

Ugh ends his turn in G, 24

Calathes moves L48

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

still charging

Falchion at the ready

"I will always strive to write better" , 25 years gaming, 20 yrs DM

AND WERE BACK!ok guys, verify positions and then ill start round 2.

Snafu, you duck and weave your way through the panicked crowd, hurtling a couple chairs and manage to get yourself up to the desert man and beast wrestling on the ground.

Calathes, you find some more locals who are in shock, pale faces with blank looks on them.

Idrian, as you gaze at the creature (your shield spell going off this round) you think you know... (give me a knowledge nature role).

Ugh, you see another big green tusked monster jump out of the wagon closest to you, holding what appears to be a huge lump of crudely wrought metal in one hand, the other has a massive axe. he makes eye contact with you and bellows a challenge at you, slappin his chest with the flat of the huge blade.

lynx, guy is still on you.

Idrian knows... Knowledge: Nature 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

Snafu attacks the creature with his falchion

Attack roll
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23

Damage
2d4 + 5 ⇒ (1, 1) + 5 = 7

Grand Lodge

Male Elf Arcanist L1 | AC12 (16) T12 FF10 (14) | HP: 7/7 | F+1 R+2 W+2(+4) | Init+2 | Perc+7 | Reservoir: 4/4

Calathes moves to square H44 and casts Mage Armor

Ugh accepts the challenge, drops his javelin and charges in with his Great sword.

Charge to F26
Attack: 1d20 + 10 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 10 + 2 - 2 = 20(+2 from charge, -2 from Power Attack)
Damage: 2d6 + 8 + 6 ⇒ (3, 2) + 8 + 6 = 19

If it's his turn...

Lynx concentrates, as he was taught by his former employer's wizards, trying to put out of his mind the screams of pain and battle all around him, and summons electrical energy and then touches the creature on him.

Concentration check to cast defensively: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Touch attack vs. creature's Touch AC: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12..add +3 to roll if he is wearing metal armor or wielding a metal weapon; Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 5, 6) = 20

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

Snafu bumps the thread and prepares for the assault to come.......

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

Bumps into the evil green thing......

Male Half-giant Ranger / 1

perception check
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22

Is this game DOA?

Male Elf Arcanist L1 | AC12 (16) T12 FF10 (14) | HP: 7/7 | F+1 R+2 W+2(+4) | Init+2 | Perc+7 | Reservoir: 4/4

Certainly seems that way.
