Ok, so if I critical on round one and do 8 points of bleed damage to him.
At the start my opponents action on round 2, he takes an additional 8 points.
On round 4, I critical my opponent again, and deal an additional 6 points of bleed damage.
So, at the start of my opponents action on round 5, does he take 6 damage (overlaying what happened on on round 1)? Does he take 8 damage (since round one's damage was more than round 4's)? Or does he take 14 damage (add the bleed damage together)?

If you look closely, you'll see you've answered your own question. He doesn't take the 6 damage, as that's not stacking in any way with the 8 bleed damage he took earlier. Same with the 8. The only one that stacks here is 14 damage.

It typically doesn't from what I have seen, but the text of this Feat specifically states that it does stack.
As Bleeding Critical does 2d6 points of damage per round, wouldn't the bleed damage be rerolled each round?
If so, then the bleed effect would go up to 4d6 points/round of damage if a second crit was scored.

That's right. It's 2d6 per round so each round the bleed damage is rolled at the start of the bleeder's turn. Stacking another critical on would be 4D6, a third would be 6D6, etc.
So if a fighter was to crit four times with say a kukri in a round, bleed would be 8d6? If so, ouch.

Yeas.. ouch... but then there is a magical scabbard in APG that helps to prevent bleed damage.
