Augh. You've reminded me that I need to do the same.
I did get laundry washed and dried...not hung up. and most of the dishes are done.
Vacuuming...dinner...almost out of soda...
I know, right. So much to do, so little time. But I'm still really looking forward to tonight. It's either the last or net to last session of a three year campaign. Finally gonna make it to level 20. :)
And you're totally ahead of me on the laundry which I utterly forgot until you reminded me. :)
and I"m getting my hair done tonight, so less time. But it's too long, it's driving me nuts! And of course, the longer it gets, the more frizzy and the more wonky the curls get. :/
But I am fortunate, my game isn't until tomorrow night.
I'll be shaving this weekend myself in preparation for pseudo-anniversary celebration.

It was ridiculous!Mostly I just do my best to keep it conditioned, avoid blow drying as much as possible to cut down on frizzy unhappiness, and let it do what it wants to do. This requires keeping it long enough that it doesn't just stick straight out from my head, and keeping it short enough that I don't get a sore neck from the weight (I had problems with that when it was almost down to my waist).
I discovered Kerastase hair products three years ago, and they made a HUGE difference in my hair ( I think it's L'Oreal's premium brand). Also, salons that sell Kerastase have to pass certain tests before they can offer it, so when I find a salon that sells it, I've found a salon that has hairdressers taht can handle unruly curly hair. That's a huge deal to me. At a salon here in Houston I found some conditioning products by Shu Uemura - they all have anti-humectants that cut down on humidity induced frizz - and I've been very...
Heh. I wish it were just imagery. A few minutes after I put it up you start to hear random 'pings' as the pins hit walls and random pieces of furniture that might be in the way. :/
Thanks for the tip on the conditioners. I shall have to keep an eye out for those. I've been using a leave-in conditioner to keep the frizz tamed, but it doesn't do a very good job. I have to resort to a straightening iron to finish the job. :)

I shaved my hair off last evening as well. However, my fiance has ridiculously long hair (it hangs between her rear and the back of her knee's) and she sometimes gets stuck on it. If she lays on her back I sometimes push her up just a tiny bit and she can't stand. Hilarity. Like a turtle.

Are you doing this ... while on top of her? Contextually, it all makes much more sense that way. And of course, she couldn't stand. Especially in the middle of peek-a-turtle.
I'm not sure it'd be hilarious if she could stand up. For you, that is. ;-)

You handled the hazing well, sir. I echo the badger's sentiments. =)

Well of course, and I still use conditioner as well. Just not as much of it. Now if I could grow anything resembling a decent goat, we'd be like brothers an stuffs. :/

Not at all.
You do have a funny definition of lucid, though. :)

Actually, I don't have the goatee anymore- too many people were complaining about it, the wife not included. I made one last attempt for a seriously long and manicured one, but it turns out you need to have your hair growing from several parts of your face in order to pull it off appropriately, and my facial hair doesn't grow evenly once you get to a certain length.

That reminds me: now that my son has facial hair, I've noticed that he has more facial coverage than I do. Bastard. :)
