I agree.

I took to running again after a long long while.
Not fat, but I should lose some weight cos gaining 5-10 pounds a year for ANOTHER f~@!ing decade and I will be.
So I run like this:
run a minute, walk a minute.
Do that for 20 minutes.
THEN, 2 days later, I run like this:
run 2 minutes, walk a minute.
Do that for.....23 minutes.
Then it's too icy for 4 days, so I don't do anything; having broken bones is counterproductive to getting in shape.
So maybe tomorrow I'll go back to 1minute/1minute cos I don't want to strain my middle aged muscles and be a somewhat invalid for a week or two.

Nothing like a pulled hamstring to set you back. Stretch. Remember, you're old.

(lol) 4 days of absolutely Siberian weather was just banished from Dallas by the noonday sun. I've been going around saying "beauooty way, eh?" for a freakin' week.

Nah...I think Allen is closer. It's like, "Damn, it's Hastur! Well, I can probably take a second glance and still keep my sanity. After all, how often do you see Hastur?"
(Number of tabs open related to Hastur: 3. Complete coincidence.)
