In other news, I was up all night again last night. Going to have to see a real doc come next week. After Googling ulcers today I am a little scared. According to the websites mine is advanced, going by my symptoms. :\

Good luck. I hope you find a good doctor and that they're able to help you. Solnes in pain is definitely not a happy thing.

Thank you Lyn. And thank you to HD for keeping me company so late last night.

Think I'm gonna go see a movie tonight. Probably the Sorceror's Apprentice. Hope it's as good as the previews look. :)

That looks so good! I thought about trying to talk hubby into going tomorrow. :)

~grumbles and sighs~ Well, it always seems that you find out who your true friends are when you are up the creek. ~sighs again~ I called one of my friends and asked him if he could pick me up a salad from Chick-fil-A. Well, he said that he would and I have yet to hear from him. ~grimaces~ Chick-fil-A closes at 10pm. I guess no salad for me tonight. And me with a bum knee and no car. (My real friends don't trust me to not drive with my knee the way it is.) ~shrugs~ Oh well. I guess I will nuke a chicken pot pie. ~grumbles~

My friend brought the salad earlier today. I will be eating it in an hour or so.

Any session where three or more of your players react to an area description with half-minute-long "Eeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww"s is a good session.

Golismorga in Savage Tide. So much evil fun. So much.

I need to make a copy of the two APs that were in Dungeon so I can mark all over the copies and not the originals.

Tell me about it. In the meantime, check out my Venture game at Gen Con if you're going. Fawn me with fan service. Lots of fan service.
Once again this doppleganger seems infatuated with the idea of getting me dopplegang-banged in the mouth at Gen Con. It comes across as a strange goal, but I don't question his genius.
I put the Venture in adventure at Gen Con.
Consider that stolen. ;)

Make sure you're laying off anything aspirin or ibuprofen based as well as they only make such symptoms worse / accelerated.

Well I welcome you to all the fleshly delights that assuredly come with RPG podcasting.

BTW, hot line... nothing ventured nothing gained. You're good at that, man.

Thanks, Rone. Now I just need to find a way to afford going to Gen Con and have a most Excellent adVenture. Maybe I can shack in someone's tub. I really wasn't going to need that kidney anyway. :p

Liberty's Edge

I was going to b@~$@ on the Suck thread about how I have to wait four weeks to find out if I'm getting job which will allow me to a) move back home and b) get a roommate, cutting my expenses in half. But then I read some of the other posts and no longer feel like b#%@*ing about it.

Well, the movie was good. Cheesy, but in a good way. Effects were very well done, acting was good. All in all an enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours.

And now to go attempt to get some sleep.

Oh and hello everyone I hope you are all doing good.

Solnes take care of that tummy.

Sharoth Salads are good for you I try to eat more myself.

Rone get a haircut. :P Not really then you would loose all your powers just like Samson.

Every one: I like Pie.:P

Hello, Good evening or good morning as the case maybe.

:D

Pie sounds kind of good but I just had a coke float an hour ago and I'm still sort of full.

If you don't mind losing a gut or two, I could get you front row tickets to TED let alone Gen Con.

Okay, insomnia really sucks. It especially sucks right not because I find myself falling asleep in the middle of the afternoon. No matter how hard I try to stay awake, I'm out. And I know for every 30 minute nap, I'll be up an extra two hours later.

I mean, jeez, I was *working* on the computer earlier. Not even drowsy. Took a break to read a bit of a PDF and BAM! Next thing I know, two hours later, I'm waking up. Which, means it's now 1:40 in the morning, I gotta get up at 7:00 and I'm not even tired.

It's killing me, because I can't figure out WHY. I used to be a caffeine freak years ago, so at least then I could understand the wide awake at 3AM. But I cut back on that in the last two years (down to one caffeinated drink a day and none after 6PM). *sigh*

I rescued a kitten and named her Delilah. Her first night with me, I held her by my neck and she peed in my hair. From this I gathered it best to never name a kitten Lorena Bobbit.
