Two years ago, I took a job with more Web Design than Web Development so I could get the Design experience I need for my career. Now, I've applied to another job that feels just right for me because it's 60% Design/40% Development, but they aren't as interested* because my development skills have atrophied while I focused on improving my design skills!

I'm stoked to get a chance to play. I GM'd nearly exclusively for seven years before finally getting a chance to play in a campaign long term. I've got four more years left before I'm on even footing.

For what it's worth, I really haven't been having any difficulty with ghost posts recently. Of course this may change at any moment.
I made some changes that nearly completely eliminated them but had to dial them back a bit because they had some bad side-effects. I've just rolled the site with some new changes that might get rid of the ghosts.
