I emailed the spreadsheet to Josh separately, but the description of the two events I proposed (in addition to Neil's Superstar panel discussion) are below. BTW, I notice now that Josh's spreadsheet does not contain character levels, so I'll include them here.
Days of Wine and Roses… And GLORY!
Your characters have been invited to attend the Festival of the Crimson Vintage. Your host, Castruccio Irovetti, the self-styled Poet King of Pitax, is hosting the grand tourney in the hope of winning control of the fine vineyards of Sarain back from his rivals in Mivon to the South, but guests will be coming from across the River Kingdoms to partake of his bounty and the chance for glory. Will you seek alliance with Irovetti, serving as his champions, or will you strive for your own glory and that of your kingdom? Be wary, whichever path, as underneath the pomp and pagentry, deadly danger may be lurking in plain sight.
Character Level: 13th - BYOC or pregens provided
Cold Mountain
Your characters ventured into the northern forests to hunt down a terrible troll and his goblin slaves. Victorious, you began your journey home with your spoils, but while you were in those deep caves a shadow has fallen over the forest, and a chill wind blows. The howls and cries of wild beasts seem almost unnatural, the nights terrifying, and the days a maddening scramble through woods seeming to shift and change, your carefully marked trail long since lost. Here and there, scattered along your path, you find a sodden, bloody mass, sometimes only a stain, unrecognizable. As your supplies dwindle and desperation claws at your mind, at last a mist-shrouded mountain and looms on the horizon, and the smoke of a distant village. Your salvation awaits... you hope.
Character Level: 4th - BYOC or pregens provided
And yes, PRIZES for both events!

Title of the game -- A Lesson in Catastrophe
Description of the game -- For most people, the rank of "Pathfinder" comes after three long years of apprenticeship. Yours is nearing completion, as your instructor walks you through the investigation of an actual ruin in the River Kingdoms, originally the fail-safe lair of a notorious wizard. This is just a training session; certainly, nobody is expecting anything out of the ordinary. But then again, there are many kinds of fail-safes.
Preferred Slot -- (check with Josh F.; I'm also scheduled to run two sessions of PFS adventures. If my Friday afternoon is open, that would be my first choice.)
Minium/Maximum # of players -- 2 to 6
Gaming System/edition -- d6 Fantasy
Event Category -- RPG
GM Name -- Chris Mortika
Maturity rating (G, PG, R) -- G. 12-year-olds and up are welcome, with or without parents. (But knee-jerk decisions to attack everything are unlikely to end well; this is not a video game.)
Player experience req. -- None. d6 is a very intuitive system. The PC archetypes are drawn from Golarion / Pathfinder tropes.
For what Character levels, or will characters be provided? Characters will be provided, with opportunity to customize.
Prizes Awarded -- Oh yes.

Just curious, I did not see my game listed in the events list, is it you had pleanty of games and did not need mine? I was working on my game as quick as I am able too but if my game is not needed (as it looks)then I can slow down and not worry about it so much!
Uh...*double checks her spreadsheet*...It's on the list. I will double check with Josh. :)

Title of the game -- A Lesson in Catastrophe...
Gaming System/edition -- d6 Fantasy
...
I have a correction to make regarding my game in slot 3. I had originally designed it under the d6 Fantasy system, because it was simple and for other, spoilery reasons.
After a chunk of play-testing, the strengths of that system didn't serve the major themes of the adventure. So, we looked around and found that the d20 / Mutants & Masterminds / Warriors & Warlocks system is a much better fit, both for the kinds of things that you expect Golarion heroes to be able to do and for other, spoilery reasons.
I don't know if this makes any difference to anyone signing up for the game. I'm sure I've disappointed the one d6 fan and excited the one or two M&M fans out there. But I didn't want people to be walking up to the table with a bagful of d6's and fond memories of the WEG Star Wars system, only to be confused.

There are a lot of terrific games in the lottery for sure! I'm just a bit concerned about the odds of getting into the games with approx. 60 lottery slots per time slot and 500 attendees.
Remember that none of the seminars or PFS events are included in the lottery this year. I know there are quite a few slots I'm not ranking in the lottery because I want to attend open events instead.

I am glad there remains some love in the world for this very cool and unappreciated game.
Hopefully, I'll see you at the game.

I’ve tried rabbit, hart and shrew

As one who signed up for this game, this still leaves me a little confused. Which is it? I rarely touch the 4E books (though I have the PHB in case of emergencies), and would like to know whether I have to bring them or not.
By the way, Gary McBride, your game says 'materials provided'. I take this to mean it's 'byoc' (bring your own character)?
