Any chance of releasing a TOC or list of the articles in the print edition???
NOPES!, Mwahahahaha... ;)
The fundraising went very well. We did not reach the 100% but came pretty close and raised more than expected, so, all in all, it was a success. I guess I'll close the donations by the end of this week just in case there are late joiners.

How close to the 100% mark are you?

Haven't pull out the accurate total, but I'm guessing around 91%-95%, which is GREAT!
We have a pending ad on the cover that would bring this to a 105%ish, but its very likely that such Ad will not vbe closed, so, I'm not counting with that. And now we have an inside cover page to fill up :D

That is impressive! Hopefully that Ad will come through; hitting the total target would be incredible!

If we get any $ over the 100%, that goes to print the extras on the 'zine (paper minis, handouts) and in that moment we also close the donations, For I'm the one paying for these ;)
Most likely the additionals will be for very few 'zines, but at least every contributor and donor will have these additionals.

400 'zines plus a bit extra (some 30 maybe).
We give away most of these at the Con and mail out copies for those contributors/advertisers/donors who could not attend PaizoCon.
Liz keeps most of the spares and last year she gave away the copies she had left of WF1 on GenCon.
And you're going to mail one copy of Wayfinder 3 to the folks who nominate ENnie awards, right? So it can be put into consideration for Best Free Product in the coming year, right?

I sent Wayfinder #1 for consideration in the ENnies this year. Wayfinder #3 would be eligible for 2011.

Personal budget will allow for the printing of 100 sets of "extras", so, 100 Fanzines will come with:
-Cardboard set of Absalom Minis (business card-like carbdoard)
-Cardboard Terrain tile (business card-like carbdoard)
-Newly discovered islands on Kortos ;) (Overland color Map)
-Diobel (color Map)
The tile and Maps are from Kobold Quarterly/Rite Publishing's Jonathan Roberts :D
The contributors and donors will have "dibs" on these, and any spares will go to as many PaizoCon attendants ask for these, which means those who know abouth these (it pays to follow this thread! ;))

Happy printed copy owners:
Contributors (not in order, otherwise artists should go first :P)
-Writers
-Editors
-Artists
-Advertisers
Donors
-Pretty much self explained :P
PaizoCon attendants
-Self explained too, plus: We will give priority to "key" attendee, like the Paizo staff and other publishers, because we do try to get this material into publishers hands for obvious reasons :)
One issue per "person/family", no handing out one 'zine to the husband, wife, three children and the cat. If the wife/hubby is a hardcore gamer and treaten us with a goblin slicer, then we will give a second copy.
The extras are given to the same people with the said priority.
We will mail out the 'zines after the Con, and the PDF version will be release after the Con as well.

Hugo Solis wrote:Where are our pictures, Froggie? :DBTW: the map tile isn't on a mini 1:1 scale, to be that size it would have to be a poster... so its more of a hand out :)
I have a couple samples of the tile and a map in my hand...looks REAL nice! :9
So glad you asked for this Lilith because I'd have sounded needy . . .

The last Ad is in, we have covered the full print cost, YAY!!!
Thank you all so much for another awesome printing effort, we went for a bigger/thicker (yes, thicker paper, thou you may not notice)/heavier and with Ads fanzine and we managed to pull it out entirely with the community's support.
*bows*
We won't be taking more donations. If anybody wants a printed fanzine, we will have to figure out another way to give it away if we have spares after the Con.
As usual, the PDF is freely distributed through here, but since it will be bigger, it will take a couple weeks after the Con to be available.
again, Thank you!

Oh dear, I've been trying to come up with funds for donating so I could get a print copy all this time and now donations are closed. Was my article selected for the print edition? Is there any chance I could donate something now to get a copy? =o
Your article was included, so as a contributor you will be getting a print copy.

I'm waiting on paypal to complete my Visa verification; that should be in about 24 hours. Will I still be able to get a print copy if a donation is a little late to the party?
We cannot make ANY profit on this - I cannot reiterate this enough. Once the costs have been covered (which they have), we cannot accept any more money. You may just have to wait for the PDF, but I would suggest sending Hugo an email as a very very last resort.
Once again, donations are closed - the only way you will get a print copy of Wayfinder #3 is by being in one of the following categories:
- Contributor (writer, artist, editor, layout)
- Donator
- Advertiser
- Badge-carrying attendee of PaizoCon 2010
- Paizo staff
Do not despair - the PDF version of Wayfinder #3 will have extra content that couldn't make it into the magazine.
