Seveal pieces of art turned over, things coming along smoothly.

Next week I'll finally clear my deadliest deadlines and I'll be able to go deeper into Wayfinder and be louder in here :D...

So... BEWARE!

Still waiting to clear those darn deadlines... But tomorrow is the art deadline! So.....

Starting tomorrow I'll publish a few teaser pieces of the art and start ringing the tin cup to complete the print cost of Wayfinder.

We have reached around 70% of the printing cost and we still have around a month to search on drago hoards, kobold lairs and under the rocks for funds and afterwards go though our own pockets :)

Hopefully this year's issue will include a cardbard set of minis and maybe -just maybe- if we collect enough funds, a color centerfold map.

So, get ready to get annoyed by the fundraiser frog in the coming weeks! :)

Oh, and speaking of fund raising, I'm putting all my originals from Sunken Empires (and some other KQ products) and some from Rite Publishing in here

Check it out, at least to see how the sketch looks like ;P

A piece of art for Wayfinder 3

Lets see how long does it take to the author to recognize the piece and come out to comment :)

Liberty's Edge

Yeah, very nice!

The style reminded me a little of those great illustrations Jim Holloway did for various TSR products and games like Paranoia.

Very looking forward to seeing this issue!

Sovereign Court

Not busy at the moment. Just dead tired. Vegetating for a moment before I go crash and then its back to the keyboards bright and early in the morning. ^_^

I loved that story, that's why that's one of the pics beign pre-released.

I must say there are several stories in this issue that I found real thrilling! Lots of city intrigue :D

Scarab Sages

I'm glad to hear you liked it Hugo. :)

Moar artsy previews!

Kobold caravan master

And on the printing side, we are around 75%+ of the printing cost, so if you please could help us raise a bit more cash we would REALLY appreciated it!

Post a "donate for wayfinder" on your frequent threads, poke a friend for it, or steal from a kobold's treasure (thou stay away from the mighty kobold's one!) and support your favorite Pathfinder fanzine -which I hope is this one ;)

Remember, all donors get a copy of the printed issue, which will be miled after the Con. If we get enough $, printed paper minis for Absalom will be included too! :D

Thank you all!

The link only works if you are logged into DeviantArt.

Try this link instead.

Why try not to make this kind of details public so that no one finds out we are making ourselves filthy rich at the expense of Wayfinder (mwahahaha)

Spoiler:
disclaimer: OF COURSE NOT, I'M KIDDING!

Any amount for donations works for us, be it $5, $20 or a fabulous $100!

We are pretty close to cover all the necessary cost. When we cover the 100%, we let everyone know in here to close the donations and thank everyone, but if someone still wants to chip in, we will use the extra to print the paper minis and to ship the 'zines by UPS and spare me some of the 100 pounds lifting at the airpors :P.

As I mentioned, all donors get a copy of the printed 'zine (if they don't attend to paizocon), but this time we will need your help for the shipping costs. I believe this would be around $3 in the US by USPS. We'll email you about this when we get. If cost are covered, we may use part of your donation to pay for each one's shipping. We'll let you know.

Thanks guys!

Just tossed $5 in the hat but forgot to include this. I'll be at PaizoCon so don't sweat tracking down my address.

Thanx you very much guys!

Is there any way for someone without a PayPal account to donate?

Epic Meepo wrote:

Maybe we can ask Liz for a bank account or another easier way, for I don't have any other means. Let me ask her and we'll get in touch with you.

Is it too late to donate money in order to secure a physical copy?

No! Send monies to Hugo! Be sure to include a physical address if you won't be at the convention for pick-up. :)

Hugo, when you see this can you please drop me a line at my email address so that I can get information on how to send the money (and where to send it to)?

Wayfinder update:

Graphic design is almost done. Crystal redesigned the 'zine to give it a fresh new look worthy of Absalom's awesomeness.

Including all articles took the 'zine abode 100 pages... so we have to release the kobolds and have them separate some articles to make the 'zine printable and on a healthy 84 page count.

On the bright side, the PDF 'zine will be around 110 pages, soooo... you still have lots to see on the PDF even if you have your printed copy! :)

The print costs are around 80% covered, so we are 100% sure to make it to the press. Thank you all and if you are still willing to chip in, we will really appreciate it!

BTW, did we ever mentioned that Elaine Cunningham wrote a piece of Channa Ti fiction for Wayfinder 3...? :D

Kobolds?! They weren't kobolds!

Spoiler:

They were paragon kobolds. Riding clockwork golems.
...with freakin' laser beams on their heads.
