Marc Radle wrote:I'm kind of suprised we haven't really heard much of anything about Wayfinder yet - come on people, give us some details!!! :)Well, it looks awesome, is chock full of great stories, articles, poems, and even recipes. Also, it starts off strong with a piece by Elaine Cunningham.
Any chance you could list what those great stories, articles and poems are???
Thanks!!!

Thanks Shadowborn!
It sucks that Boswic didn't make it into the print version though :(
I'd have to say that I'd have preferred my "Dances with the Mantis" story over my prestige class making the cut. I suppose the editors go for the variety and there were probably already better stories included . . . but I like my fiction :)
I can't wait for the PDF!

patience patience, they just finished one.
Anyway since its already published in the Wayfinder, we from Pathfinder Chronicler in conjuction with Wayfinder Staff are organizing a Fiction Contest.
We are waiting just that the waters of Paizon calm themselves to give all the details. What i can tell you is the following:
-Wordcount around 1500-2000 words
-Amateur Writers
-Theme: Golarion & Pathfinder
-Submissions begin on 15th August
-Deadline 12th September
-We have invited someone of the Paizo Staff to be part of the Judges for this contest, but if someone else wants to join this we would be glad to have them aboard.
One detail.
New Fiction. Nothing already appearing in Wayfinder or Deviant Art, write something original please. You can use characters you have already used, but please not the same story. If they are characters owned by Paizo is ok to use them thanks to the Community Use Policy, if its someone else character, please get permision first.
There will be prizes for the first places, but i am in no liberty to mention them right now.
No there will be no inscription fee. This is to support Paizo's writting community.
Hope you join us in this.

I'm working on the print version PDF for contributors for Liz to upload in Dropbow or somewhere else, for is a 10+ mb file.
The final PDF have to be redesigned because it will be larger (not too biggie an issue), So I have to put a some more hours in it and it will be ready next week around the weekend (hopefully sooner).
Thanks all for your effort and support!

Hugo or Liz,
Do you know when the contributor print copies might get mailed out?
Thanks! :)

HUZZAH!
BTW: The Print version PDF is just a "preview" for contributors, for we do want all peoplez downloading the final PDF rather than the print-version PDF. That's why we do not send it over for Paizo to upload it here.

Wow. Great! Hopefully they'll send with next shipment to save on postage.

An email has been sent to contributors with a link to download the PDF of the print version of Wayfinder #3. If you did not get a link, please email me (see profile for email address) so I can get that out to you.
A (very) rough ETA of the expanded PDF is next week. *goes to crack the whip on a buttery amphibian*

Next week? Ouch. Just how much extra stuff actually does have to be crammed in to this issue, anyway?

Its some 6 more articles, plus add the 4 extras maps/minis pages, plus make some art bigger, plus re-do the table of contents, plus the dayjob, plus the family, plus pending art commissions, plus... ;)
We are working as fast as we can, please bear with us a bit longer :)
Well, with that much work the delays are entirely understandable. Wow. Didn't realize everything went that far over your estimates.

Channa Ti without background!
I didn't get an email from either Hugo or Lilith but I contributed both art and writing. No hurry, but I hope you have my email address.
