I'm sure once Solnes recalls how much I favor her, and that secret goodness is always magically enhanced multifold by sharing it with the right person(s), my FB inbox will indicate the giver of said gift that the pony shall always be forced to wonder about.
He likes me....he really likes me. :P

And I think we've had this discussion before. Tactics: great story, terrible combat system. ;)
Tactics is awesome. I don't even know how you can say that. I'm gonna flag your post for terrible taste!
Just kidding.
Edit: Tactics is my favorite Playstation game. I was joking about the flagging.
Like I said. Excellent story. TERRIBLE system.
I'm anti-tactical combat system anyway. I had trouble with Starcraft and Warcraft and never managed to wrap my head around Fire Emblem either. Just not my game.
I dunno. Maybe it's because it's single character control at a time rather than multiple troops - Warhammer/WH40k doesn't interest me, for example, other than the fun of Ork jokes - or maybe it's a preference for the turnbased systems of standard RPGs. Dunno where exactly one calls the line, but from my experiences with most tactical RPG games they're simply not something I enjoy, despite how good of a story they may have.
FFT gets special mention there for wonky controls and this weird thing where it has a tendency to heal your enemies when your White Mages cast spells. -_- Dunno how in heck that happens but it did.
I actually have a copy for my Play Station 2, so I should put it in the game system and give it a shot.

What do you mean by that? It will not work on my X-Box 360. Trust me, I have tried jsut for grins and giggles.

You can have my Grenadier player characters, if yer gonna biatch though. You like the OG lead ones?
Studpuffin calls sparrows "Squawky Jerkbirds."

You're not gonna go "Australian in an American Revolutionary War Film" on my butt?

What do you play mostly, and which console do you game on?

Ok, dinner done. Time to eat. Talk at you guys laterz! *Gosh I missed you guys!*
Later Solnes, hope your meal is better than Treppa and mines lunch. We went to the Budweiser Quintessential bar down the street. The food is pretty, but it wasn't very good (and we were the only people in there, so it's not like they had to rush or wait or anything).

Mostly SNES, some PS1 and PS2. FFXIII is the only PS3 game I've played, and I just started that today.
And no, no Facebook or anything like that.

You should get a facebook, I used to be a naysayer but now I'm with it.

AH, you're an old school gamer. Gotcha. No wonder something like tactics bothered you, the diagonals can be a pain in the butt when you first get the controller in your hand. After a week or so your hands get used to the motions though.

Fake Shemp Sorry to take so darn long to respond.
I know who I left out beside Harry aka Emil Simka, it was Ted Healy. I never really think of Ted though. He was just the initial strait man.

Hey guys, was wondering if you saw the new thread over on FB?
::Helps Solnes with technalamogy::
Solnes, when you send a message to someone on FB, even multiple persons, it's not called a thread. Yep, I got your message. And now I KNOW something. I'm not sure who else knows, but I do. And I know someone who doesn't know. And that person rhymes with baloney and rice-a-roni.

Damnit. I need to get in on Solnes's secret FB list. Maybe I'll learn the true identity of the original pony card sender...

Well ya'll were the ones that would call the messages threads when we had more than one person involved.
