I have a stovetop espresso maker. Both cheaper and more convenient that a fancy espresso machine. :)
For the longest time I only had the espresso maker and a french press, but I finally broke down and got a good quality drip machine. I especially love the timer function. I can wake up to the sweet smell of coffee whenever I like. :)Yeah, so I'm pretty much obsessed with coffee. But it's so good, how can I not be. :P
We are out of control. My partner seems to have some sort of obsession with coffee makers. Not counting the few coffee makers in storage, in our kitchen there are two drip coffee makers, an espresso machine, a stovetop espresso maker, and a french press. There's also Starbucks' version of instant (which is actually pretty good) in the cupboard if none of those work for you.

Heh. The DM can't handle more than the 5 we have in our group already, otherwise I might have considered shooting out some invites. We play over Vent, so location isn't an issue. (Heck, two of our players live in Yuma and a third lives in Texas :P )

That is a lot of coffee makers. I can't even conceive of having enough storage space in the kitchen for that many.

The difference is like night and day. To use a tired and old metaphor.

See, I couldn't do that. While you couldn't prove it by the last couple of months (this is the worst spring ever from a health standpoint), I have this annoying cooking habit that seems to require all kinds of pans and tools and stuff. :)

Both, but mostly the distilled.

Filtered water is the best. Trust me. My coffe maker has a built in filter and also i use filtered water in my drip maker. Soo good, he he.

Sign of old age yet?
The increase of growth in nasal and ear hair as we get older is friggin' annoying. Especially when I'm assaulted with a pair of tweezers when I'm trying to sleep. ERgh.

Yeah, actually. Not as listless as I was before. Usually it only takes 1 cup to wake my brain up.

To run a game you'll need a server, the cheapest one I've found is about 2.50 or so a month and allows 10 people on at a time, more people means more expense but for a D&D game I doubt you'll need anymore than that.
The servers I use are hosted here: NFOServers
If you're going to run an internet game, I also heartily recommend MapTool and TokenTool.
