Hey E7! How's life treating you?
The return to work has been rougher than expected. I get tired thinking. I know, it's weird to say but it's more weird to feel. Of course going back full time just in time for 1st of the month reports doesn't help. But, on a good note, the knowledge seems to be all there. Even if I have to dust the cobwebs off to find it.

Good to hear bro ...

I'm really glad to hear that the recovery and return to work is going well. (Rougher than expected is still going well comparatively anyway.) I hope that things continue to improve for you and there is less need for dusting off cobwebs as you go on. :)

Well, off to do my househusband chores. laters!

I have found that nice girls like nice guys.
I somewhat agree. However, I've seen plenty of nice, sweet girls that get tangled with horrible, abusive losers.
Well I was refering to the nice sweet girl with a naughty streak. I love mine, I suggest everyone run out and get such a lady.... even the other ladies. ;)

Spoiler:

Getting denied by the apartment has set me into a pissed off mood/depression. Drover around Ames for almost 2 straight hours. Slept until 3:30 this afternoon. I am pissed off because of my chicken s+!@ ness. Deep regret for lack of past actions. I am wondering if there is a reason for me, or am I just a shell taking up space in this world. I wonder if I am going to be alone for the rest of my life. Yeah I talk a lot, but when it comes time to follow through my transmission seems to burn out. I hate it because I believe I am about 10 years behind on emotional/social development because I never had a childhood. My father tried to live vicariously through me, so I never learned who I was and I still don't know who I am. I came from a school so small I was picked on by all the other kids in it because of my size. Add that to some of the beatings I got at home and lets just say I have no self confidence whatsoever. I have been on one date and that was about three years ago, never in my life had a girlfriend, and anything that goes with that. I think I am just a f$&$ing mess here.

I return you to regularly scheduled thread.

Step one realizing there is a issue.

Step two get help, and then go from there.

It maybe something you by yourself can not control. If however you do nothing different you will have the same results you have now. It seems to me this is not what you want.

Woody: Just my two bits based on friends. Go talk to a Dr, if you really think you're bi-polar. I think even here there are extremes. Take care of yourself. There's up-down based on life cycles, and up down based on brain chemistry. Even if it's just depression, it may well be worth it.

WR - you need to reschedule an appt with your counselor / social worker and review the meds again. Sounds like it's not doing a job after a good amount of time to saturate the SSRIs appropriately.

I'm not suggesting this; I'm instructing this. ;)

haven't taken meds in about 2 months. Can't afford them, and no insurance hard to go to the doctor in these circumstances. I can't ask my mom for help because of my brother back in Newton. I have six tablets left going to pop one now for a remainder of five.
