I don't know how well they will all suit your campaign but you might want to check them out. Just look for anything with [TOH1] after the name.
You can see them here.
Actually, I use that site constantly. :) But if you look at the monsters by CR, you'll see a definite thinning out starting at CR 10 and accelerating at CR 12.
Not saying there's none, by any stretch -- just that I'd like there to be more!

I may be in the minority here, but I rather liked what WotC did with the MM4+, of mixing new monsters in with level-varied versions of existing ones as well (i.e, an entry for ogres including shaman, berserker, etc.). So put me down for some of that please.

Word of Caution: Most of the Paizonians I'm aware of who have voiced opinion on the subject of class advanced creatures from MM4 and 5 have absolutely LOATHED the concept-not saying that is an invalid perspective but just thought it would be wise to alert you to that.
If we're going to add ToH monsters to the list: Movanic and Monadic Devas, Cloud and Mist Dragons, Crypt Thing, Cooshee, Hippopotamus, Deer, Moose, Inphidian, Hippocampus

I'd hope to see:
1. LINORMS,
2. MORE LINORMS, and...
3. EVEN MORE LINORMS.
Additionally, several monsters that saw use in older products:
4. the Frost Salamander,
5. Demi-lich Construct (ala Cordell's 3.5 redo of S1), and
6. Aspis (from the old 1st Ed adventure Slave Pits of the Undercity, which didn't even get a 3.0/3.5 update from WoTC if memory serves.)
7. Rakasta (that's with a 't', not Rakshasa)

Generic Villain |
I would love to see...
4. More Goblinoid variants
...
10. Banshee
James mentioned earlier that we probably won't have any other goblin sorts. There's a goblin race for each E alingment (CE bugbear, NE goblin, LE hobgoblin), and adding more goblins would imbalance things.
As for banshees, check page 80 of PF Adventure Path issue 17, "A Memory of Darkness."

Just want to weigh in on the issue of reprinting monsters from the AP into a hardcover. I would love them all to be put into hardcovers. I like not having to find them among the APs. I end up printing them and putting them into a notebook so I would rather have the hardcover.
Thanks James.

Alas, in the minority again. Story of my life!
Still, if they want customer feedback, I'm givin' it to them. :) They're not obliged to use it!

Lilith |

Vic Wertz, Lisa Stevens, and Lilith
That's...a little weird to be put in such august company over the likes of Bulmahn, Jacobs, and Mona, not to mention the many other Paizo staffers.
I've already been statted, though I've likely gained a few levels since then. :D

actually, when back on page 1 or 2 I had listed Buhlman, Jacobs and Mona

Not a big Pugwampi fan?
Oh I like them fine in books and other peoples games, but the thought of actually facing another one in-game makes my sheath retract and my talons ooze. I honestly think that if I ran into them again my alignment would have to shift after solving the problem with unrestrained application of fire, property damage be damned. I'm sorry folks. I'm sure it was a nice village. But it was the only way to be sure.
I'd really have to mull over my three favorites. Chained Spirit and Akatas are very strong candidates.

One I didn't see mentioned that I just love...
AP 11, Skeletons of Scarwall, Danse Macabre
AWESOME monster! So many monsters are just "orcs dressed up" but this was different and had a spooky feel too! Not many monsters make me shudder just thinking about them... but this one did. I mean... Death incarnate is forcing you to dance his dance of death!
