Witch: Call lightning not on the list?

Given the witch's heavy nature theme, I think that call lightning/call lightning storm should both be on the spell list. I mean, lightning bolt is on there, so it doesn't seem unreasonable to put call lightning on there.

I thought about this.. but lightning bolt is just a better option for them and I am not too interested in overstocking the list with lightning.

Flavor wise, maybe swap Lighting Bolt for Call Lightning? CLStorm isn't needed, leave for Druid only?
