Hey guys, it's me, Lucian.
Since our beloved PbP has unfortunately seemed to stall, I felt it appropriate we establish a discussion thread to hash things out and keep it flowing.
First step, is getting word from the boss. Second step maybe a commitment from everybody to post at least once a day?

Alright, since I'm the one who started this thread, I guess the onus is on me to go first.
I want to appologize to you guys if it seems that I've been trying to push you. I grew up roleplaying on play by post sites where it was uncommon to not get at least 3-4 posts per person in a given thread, and there often were 4 or 5 threads going for any one person at once.
I guess part of the reason I've been so... pushy, is that I REALLY LIKE the concept of this RP, it seems like something so much fun to do, and I want to see how it goes, if I live, if I die, how things develop with the kids, if we get out alive, etc etc etc.
It's a rush for me, to get into a role and see what happens.
Anyways, thanks guys, for playing along, and for putting up with me lol.
I hope this game doesn't die, but I am going to try to learn patience for it.

hey sorry guys. ive been busy with things here on my end, so i have had to pick and choose my postings for the day cuz of things going on here on my end. kinda hard to post long winded posts when you have a set of twins hovering around you wanting to help you type. and then when you get them to bed the mate wishes to talk and wax elliquence with you about her day and blah blah... alright, enough bs, im heading over to the place and reading what uall got...
p.s. my son is diggin his feet into my back as he lounges on the couch...ouch

you grew up with play by post rpgs??? gee, how old are you? 20 years old to be specific, I started at 10 years old with DBZ play by posts and from there went into fantasy, sci-fi, pulp anime, to running my own sites etc etc etc :)
And don't worry about it man, it's good to hear from you and know you still want to be a part of this. Just do the best you can, that's all I could hope for.

For those who don't know me well enough to know what I'm talking about... I just rolled CRAZY good on the first two rolls I made in the game... that pretty much curses the rest of the game, or at least... it always works that way with real dice.
:( Oh well, maybe I'll get lucky and die a hero when the dice gods come to take their payment for the rolls.

Myself, the two kids that seem attached to me (Ok.. the insecure girl that seems to have adopted me as big brother or uncle or whatever and her brother that's coming along reluctantly lmao) and one other PC (probably Mike though if you want in Charlie feel free, especially since Mike seems to have fewer posting opportunities than we do) are going to tear accross the mall to the sporting store to stock up on gear.
I'm still in. I am fresh from taking the quizzes on Facebook that tell me I'd be the one saving everybody else in a zombie apocalypse scenario so when I saw this play-as-yourself thing I thought it was pretty cool.
You post in here but not into the Game Charlie?
Oh well, I understand your hesitation, I had the same for a while, waiting for Troy to show up, but when I found out about his personal issues I decided I'd try to keep the roleplay rolling and let him hit us with challenges whenever he's able.
Looking forward to seeing how things play out, that's for sure.

Maybe we lucked out and your still on since you posted so close and we can get a little more done.
Oh, and sorry my posts tend to be so big and deep, I'm used to PbP roleplaying and building character development and such. Hope it doesn't bother you :)
