Thats interesting, I have never seen encumbered used as an offensive condition - I’ll be noting it my feedback about the scenario, kinda getting over the gotcha rule-chicanery, suspect I’ll have some blunt words

J'Shun closes in on Zahenni. He dashes to the base of the throne and then activates his jetpack. Manipulating the laws of physics with entropy, he ascends quicker than one would expect his heavily armored body to. 20' up

[Gil-Oloth]

The couch flies 5ft. above Zahenii and 10ft. from it, then, Gil-Oloth tries to pull all the thread of destiny, hoping to find the one where the Dawn Prophet is loosing.

Realizing that the creature is not humanoid, she abandons the hope of using her bracelet to paralyze him, she then commands her drone to fly just above it and heals herself seeing no good action.

Gil-Oloth's laser blast proves to be too much for the witchwyrd, who collapses, but then coalesces into a dark undead form... another severed fate in the room, ready to haunt the group!

The couch immediately lashes at the undead form, and deals some severe damage, and Alpha follows up with an accurate shot. Selene punctures the undead form, and it's already starting to weaken somewhat.

Meanwhile, Blinky's pit fight with the undead sees the Koala scratch the ghostly figure.

This encounter has another few things in store...

K'ssatak-sul lashes out at his assailant with a last ditch effort to avoid his demise. The second swing connects, but is not nearly enough to take down the severed destiny.

K'ssatak-sul lives to fight another day, but the same cannot be said of Blinky. As he collapses onto the ground, he immediately undergoes a complex and agonizing transformation - something to do with the walled of area of time that the group find themselves in - and his spirit coalesces into one angry koala-shaped undead severed destiny, complete with the same motivation and drives as Blinky had before.

Stats are on the handouts. You have full control over this creature, and you can attack enemies with it.

J'Shun finally gets into the fight, approaching the revenant form of Zahenni and sending an entropic strike flying at its head.

Bludgeoning Damage: 3d6 + 15 ⇒ (5, 5, 2) + 15 = 27 The strike has the Force special property if that makes a difference.
Critical Bludgeoning Damage: 3d6 + 15 ⇒ (2, 5, 3) + 15 = 25 The staggered condition is also applied to Zahenni. Duration would be 1 round I guess. I'll spend a resolve point to apply bleed damage from his longsword also.

Is Zahenni another 60' up after the initial 60' J'Shun ascended to get onto the throne? I hope not or everything he just did won't count.

J'Shun rallies his allies and blasts the undead Zahenni. As the undead form disintegrates, Zahenni gains one final moment of temporal coherence, and speaks one final word of doom: “You fools! You don’t know what’s coming… I take solace in the inevitable death of all you hold dear.”

Zahenni then finally cracks and shatters, the pieces dispersing through time and space. The undead floating in the room breathe a sigh of relief, and Blinky feels himself being pulled back into his body, and back into regular time.

With an earsplitting crunch, the demiplane that was Zahenni's throne room implodes, crushing those inside and depositing the Starfinders back into the bunker's core.

...crrk... I repeat, come in Team A. Team A, do you read me?

Team B status report. All Order of the Dawning Fate members have fallen into comatose state. No threats apparent. Do you copy team A?

The Order of Dawning Fate is defeated at last! Ehu Hadif has achieved the goal he set at the start of the year, and throws a huge party at the Lorespire Complex to celebrate. As special guests of Honor, the Starfinders have been invited, and it's a veritable reunion of sorts, with many famous agents attenting, each having played their role in the defeat of the order.

Also present are members of various communities from Absalom Station and beyond who had been terrorized by the Order’s activities are in attendance.

Ehu first invites the guests of honor to the stage to formally announce their victory. At last, the Organisation has met its fate. This is a great moment for all! No longer will their foul plans terrorize us, and all thanks to the valiant effort of our strike teams.

With this, I will also take my retirement as first Seeker, and wish my successor, Sarmak, all the best of luck in leading the Society!
