Every page of my PDF, except for some reason the table of contents, has a blue layer overlaying it. This is not the result of a select all. Does anyone know what is going on? It looks like when the PDF was made somebody had a select all turned on and that somehow got carried over into the PDF. How do I fix this? This blue film is present in both the large pdf and the broken down by chapter pdf but is no present when I load other (non related) pdf's.

Downloaded both the all in one and chapter by chapter pdf's. They both have this issue.

And I just found out that my wife has reader set to give everything a blue background. Sorry for any time I may have wasted.

Excellent—you had me stumped. The best suggestion I could come up with was:"Uhmmm... Windex?"
Yes, something like that went through my head (the thought, not the Windex)
My guess for the problem would have been "some PDF reader that doesn't conform to all the standards.
And I just found out that my wife has reader set to give everything a blue background.
One of the more important features in readers.
I guess it's a variation on rose-coloured glasses.

Actually it can be... speech therapists have a program called the Wilson program (I believe), for part of these tests they check to see if the subject doesn't like to read because of the black on white background, and if putting a colored plastic sheet over the page will help the students read better..
