That and dozens of fan-made sheets. Which reminds me, I still have some work to do.
Just wondering if there would be something on or around release day...how much difference between beta sheet and final?

Not much I'd guess. There will be something to note CMD, and some beautification, but other than that I can't think of any big changes that would affect the sheet that much.

Heh, I think we've all got our little projects. I've been tweaking my Beta-based version as the preview characters came out. Although after looking at the latest version of Hero Lab I may just get lazy and drop the $30 to have someone else do the heavy lifting for me...

Nooo! :) My playing group has been using your sheet, with personal tweaks for our campaign prefs, for all we've been doing this past year. Please continue with your sheet and post it :)

Any interest in having character sheets at Pathfinder Database?
I think it would be great if there was a central source for the sheets (or at least links to them).

New character sheet looks just like the Pathfinder Society sheet except with the new skills, CMB and CMD and the many of the boxes (like the box that says SKILLS or GEAR or FEATS) are tapered off on the edges rather than perfect rectangles.
I always liked the Mad Irishman 3.5 sheet, my big beef with the Paizo ones is no blank spots for skills not on their list (like Autohypnosis, Martial Lore, Iajitsu Focus, etc)

With that kind of plea, how could I refuse!?! I actually used my "preview tweaked" sheet tonight for a lot of pre-gens to run through my modified Refuge of Nethys Pathfinder demo. I like the ease of my sheet too much to give it up completely...
That said, any feedback on things you'd like to see changed (beyond updating to the final rules obviously) would be appreciated!

Hmmm ... we've tweaked a bunch of little things hither and yon, such as making a fourth page devoted to just spell stuff, and expanding the second page for more room for feats, etc. If you want, spoiler me an email addy, and I'll shoot you a copy of what I've done :) I'm sure you'd be able to see it better than I could hope to explain it :)

Thanks! I typically customize each sheet to the character. So someone with no spells gets that whole section removed and more room for feats, notes, etc. I have been thinking about having spells as an entirely separate sheet since many characters don't need it, so I'd definitely like to see what you've got.

I'm happy to host these as well. I'll put up a section for character sheets.
I'll have to put a limit on the file size... 5 MB per sheet?
Oh, and the other limitation... PDF only. Makes it easier to organize them and stay operating system neutral.
Mine are always under 1 MB (I shot for under 512 KB) by design, as I want a fast sheet. Of course, they are also in Excel so no good for the PDF limitation. PDF sheets for me usually either aren't functional enough (i.e. just form-fillable with no calcs) or are way to freakin' big (too much automation bringing in the code bloat).
If somebody wants to host mine, their welcome to it. I should have a version out soon after the 13th with the tweaks necessary to bring it beyond Beta compliant.

Sounds reasonable... I'll make sure to allow XLS file uploads too.

We will definitely have a character sheet up on the day of release.
Y'all are getting your books too damned fast. :)
Not me yet, but regardless - Thanks to you all for busting your butts to get all this done. The book, the pdf fixin', the prep for Gen Con, and still making time for the boards. You must be exhausted.
See ya at the Con!

Would 11x17 be O.K. for you ? ;)
My group loves the 4 pages folio sheets, they stuff it with their notes and handouts.
I'm ashamed to say I Actualy had to hodgepodge some PF Beta-Eberon abberation for my current caimpains...

Oh, absolutely! I've never made an autocalculating version of my sheet, that was another guys efforts. I'll propably add fillable fields though.
Just waiting for the pdf to come for sale so I can see what needs to be in my sheet. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure my FLGS here in Finland won't have a copy for me on thursday =).

So what's the skinny on these character sheets? Does anybody have anything ready to download yet?
I just got my book today. I should have an initial update of my XLS-based character sheet by the end of the week. My focus will be just tweaking all the current elements to be final-release compliant. The version after that will start integrating more automation for feats and classes.

For everyone's XLS character sheet pleasure:
Pathfinder RPG Character Sheet v.0.2
This one is very similar to my previous beta version, but is (at least I'm hoping) now fully compliant with the final rules. I've also added basic functionality for automated feat selection.
Thanks to GG for the input on some formatting changes, as well as the Spell sheet!

Eagerly awaiting your sheet. By far one of the coolest sheets out there. I didn't want to pester you too soon :)

Hammered out v.0.3 today, adding in support for Golarion languages and traits. I've also added in the data for many Golarion feats, but no functionality for that yet. Oh, and this version properly displays the Community Use Policy in addition to the OGL.
Pathfinder RPG Character Sheet v.0.3
I've left v.0.2 up as version control, in case I broke something big in v.0.3...
WTB a char sheet with a place to write down the concentration check total, ER/weakness, max Dex on armor, Knowledge (something) and more space for class/levels. These are my gripes with the "official" sheet.
I hadn't thought about a section for concentration since it's no longer a skill. Mine's not based around the official version, of course, but I could work in something for concentration checks on the Spell sheet.

That's incredible work!
Would you mind if I translate it in French when the French book is released in Sept/Oct ?

Pathfinder RPG Character Sheet v.0.3
-The CMB is not calculating correctly. It is not adding my STR bonus correctly.
-Saves are not being calculated correctly for a L2 Paladin. Divine Grace adds our CHA modifier to all of our saves.
Keep up the good work!

Sure! I'm pretty much sharing for the community to use as needed. I'm continuing to add all the OGC from the material I own (which is everything...). I'm focusing on Feats and Traits right now, then I'll tackle Prestige Classes (need the Base Class functionality in place for that first). Spells and Equipment are a ways down on my list...

Note that this version has NO class ability automation as yet. I'm planning on adding that as my next big update. That's all by hand (along with Feat impacts) for now.
I'll check on the CMB bit though. I've been working on having the Temp Str entry override the general Str and may have broken something...

I suppose that would work. Working with numbers on the fly wasn't y strong suit. But that size as been a favorite of mine for a long time.

Found that CMB issue--bad column value in the vlookup formula...
I've posted an interim version fixing that. It also has a lot more OGC. The list below shows all the books I've pulled for traits and feats so far. As a note, I've been updating these with my own interpretation of PFRPG mechanics when needed (stuff like replacing Hide with Stealth, but also interpreting skill rank pre-reqs and such). I'm going to do a pass at some point and highlight those as different.
